My experience with Borderlands over the last several months has been great. I have many different interests so it is nice to see one store that caters to or has options for a variety of hobbies. My experience with Borderlands over the last several months has been great. I have many different interests so it is nice to see one store that caters to or has options for a variety of hobbies. The staff are extremely helpful. I traded in a handful of Pokemon cards today and bought several more in exchange. Throughout the whole process the staff were extremely helpful. My whole trade in and stuff was mostly handled by someone I believe named Cross (I could be mistaken). Regardless shoutout to "maybe Cross" for being awesome. He was friendly, seemed knowledgable and offered good advice. I will be continuing to come to Borderlands for my future Pokemon needs. Show less

My experience with Borderlands over the last several months has been great. I have many different interests so it is nice to see one store that caters to or has options for a variety of hobbies. The staff are extremely helpful. I traded in a handful of Pokemon cards today and bought several more in exchange. Throughout the whole process the staff were extremely helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but he said they could order it. He called me back the next day. I expected him to say, sorry it's not available. It was there...the next day. So if you are looking for a specific comic and they don't have it or can't order it you probably don't really need it. Thanks Raphael! Show less

Giant floorspace. Likely one of the biggest specialty stores of this type around. Staff were friendly and engaging and everything is laid out and organized clean fashion without feeling cluttered or messy. Tad pricey on some item's but it's higher quality merch so it's understandable. If I had one small tiny gripe it's that their back issue selection is not as grand as the overall floorspace. That's not to say they don't have back issues but even for a lot of the core legacy titles the devoted selection seems rather lacking but I get it. Show less

The store is large, spacious, and well organized, with a great selection and plenty of room for events or casual play. The few times I’ve been, the staff vibe has varied — sometimes they’re energetic and friendly, other times a bit quieter or tired — but I chalk that up to everyone having good and bad days. Overall, I’ve had good experiences here. Prices are fair for a retail store, and it's a great community resource.
