Used to frequent here... They make you feel like you're part of the family, but then your things get stolen and they don't even apologize or try to help, not even check the cameras. Owner agreed to a partial refund but left me on read for weeks and is always too busy. He didn't honour it, even after... Read more

Used to frequent here... They make you feel like you're part of the family, but then your things get stolen and they don't even apologize or try to help, not even check the cameras. Owner agreed to a partial refund but left me on read for weeks and is always too busy. He didn't honour it, even after expenses deducted and I offered to fix the one pillow strap I accidentally broke. For the record, his employee Andres actually damaged my peripheral I brought, very professional of him. They'll show their true colours eventually, give it some time. 99 problems, customer service is one. Show less

Ash provides excellent customer service, he’s very attentive to everyone and makes sure the experience feels welcoming and worth it. Equipment are nice, place is clean, has racing rigs, VR, private room, streamer setup, big screen, music sharing station, food and snacks, all that good stuff. At the moment of this review, new customers are priced at $7/hr for PC gaming. What's noteworthy is, the more you spend time here, the better discounts you get (tied to your account). The store has in-house shared Steam accounts, so if there's any game you wanna play but don't own, you can ask a staff member to get you on one to try it out. Day pass is super worth it if you plan to play 5 or more hours within the next 24h. They close for a few hours at around 6-7am to give the server a break, so do take that into consideration. As for the best part of this place, it has to be the staff. They're all real, passionate gamers who actually care about gaming themselves, so absolutely don't be shy if you need any help from them :) Show less
