This was such a good cafe. Great food and drinks. They can even make custom drinks based off of a character you like. Staff is super friendly and the maids add to the cafe’s theme and paired with all the anime stuff, music, figures, images on the walls and ceiling, drawings and posts on the wall and much more, this is the perfect cafe for anime fans. First time visiting today with my daughter who is a huge animee fan! She was absolutely speechless and so emotional with happiness. The ladies really pulled all stops out. Brilliant! Beautiful drinks and sundaes. Definitely worth paying the £30 package to get a Polaroid with the maid too! Brilliant.... Read more

Been here for their last few events with my friends, I've also been here by myself as a quick stop. Not quite sure how it's taken me this long to put a review up but this place is amazing for any anime fan to go to. The menu itself while more on the pricey side the food and drink is definitely worth it for a nice trip out, given its price maybe not a frequent stop however still befitting a trip out. The atmosphere itself is quite nice with a bright and cozy dining room environment with a nice selection of mangas to read through while reading waiting. The staff are great aswell, today when my group went the person serving us (who's name I've forgotten I'm sorry, they are in one of the pictures below however) was really nice and had a great laugh with us during the attack on titan events quizzes, the staff are very nice and helpful even when theirs a bit of a rush of customers. The events for the cafe are really fun to, I and my friends have been to both the chainsaw man and attack on titan event which had a nice menu selection that fit the characters well (the snowball fight aki dessert was incredibly cruel however) The 10% cosplayer discount during most events is also a nice bonus as it gives a space for people who want to cosplay go without feeling to judged. So far I've loved every trip we've had to the cafe and cannot wait for any future events (fingers crossed for jjk or a mha event) Show less

Been here for their last few events with my friends, I've also been here by myself as a quick stop. Not quite sure how it's taken me this long to put a review up but this place is amazing for any anime fan to go to. The menu itself while more on the pricey side the food and drink is definitely worth it for a nice trip out, given its price maybe not a frequent stop however still befitting a trip out. I came three times, the first time it was very quiet (I think it was end of 2023/start of 2024) and it had a nice atmosphere, the staff didn't really speak to me much just gave me my drink, I didn't expect this because it says it's a maid cafe and usually they're very friendly and interactive. Second time it was very busy, and the cafe wasn't big enough. Everyone was squished together, they took about 20 minutes to make one bubble tea and even got orders wrong. Again the maids hardly spoke to me. Third time, it was overpriced but it is manchester, maids TOTALLY ignored me while I browsed the menu (I expected them to atleast help with suggestions) and I ended up leaving due to the amount of people just crowding in the small space and the maids not speaking to me at all. The drinks are good but the service is less than mediocre. I really wish they'd hire more socialble maids, the whole point of maid cafès are to make the customer feel welcomed and accompanied but I never experienced that. The staff aren't BAD but they aren't "maids". Show less
