Overall, this is a cute coffee shop. However, it is not very wheelchair friendly. There isn't a single parking spot where a wheelchair can exit the side of their vehicle (no diagonal stripes in the parking lot for wheelchair access), and my wheelchair could barely fit in between chairs to make it to... Overall, this is a cute coffee shop. However, it is not very wheelchair friendly. There isn't a single parking spot where a wheelchair can exit the side of their vehicle (no diagonal stripes in the parking lot for wheelchair access), and my wheelchair could barely fit in between chairs to make it to the register to order. The lox bagel was pretty tasty, better than other bagels in the area. That was my favorite part of the experience 🥯 The coffee was a bit overpriced and bland. I would try other drinks there, it's just not easy for me to maneuver around and I have to park in a different parking lot down the street. Show less

Great atmosphere and location. The girl at the counter seemed to not care, and it was an overall poor customer service experience. I ordered a coffee and went to use the restroom. When I came back, she ignored me for 5 minutes until I asked if the one on the counter was mine. Then, acted like she didn't know, until finally saying it was mine. Please train your staff to be more polite and create a better engaging experience. On the bright side, the coffee was very good, and the outdoor seating provided plenty of areas to sit with shade. Was really excited to try this place for my friend's bday and was let down by the customer service. Took 20+ min to make our smoothies with no other smoothie or food orders ahead of us. We watched the smoothies just sit in the machine and not be touched for 10min. We were asked by the employee taking orders if we would like to order after we had already order 15min prior. 9 coffee orders came out while the two employees on smoothie and food orders ignored the orders. The two employees working on coffee orders were nice and efficient but unfortunately that is not who made our food and smoothies. When my friend got her chopped salad, they left out several toppings. Overall disappointed but the coffee and music was good. Show less

Would have only given 3* for the coffee though. The cold brew I was not a fan of the flavor. I like black coffee, and it was not good. We also had an almond milk cappuccino with nothing added to it. It had a weird texture for almond milk. And the flavor, even with the espresso shots in it, was weak.... Read more

The baristas remade my drink but kept saying "the shots were pulled correctly so it should taste fine" but there were still grounds/had a burnt taste. I also did not love the attitude but totally fine I get that this can be annoying so I understand. I was also there with 2 of my friends & one of them had their order made incorrectly & the other ordered a side of bacon and given a container of cold bacon bits. A little odd as that is not usually what a side of bacon is and the baristas really should have clarified what it actually was. Show less
