Came in with my fiance to look at some warhammer table top figures, everyone from staff to people just in the store hanging out were extremely friendly and helpful. You could walk by someone playing a table top match and they'd tell you "feel free to ask questions if you want to know anything" As a newb coming into the warhammer community, this store is the place to go for information and tips/tricks. This is straight up the nicest gaming shop I've ever been to. Their assortment of hobby tools & high-end paints is unmatched, they are the only store I know of in town carrying an in-depth air-brush assortment, they have DOZENS of tables for playing any game you can imagine, and most relevantly to me, they have a TON of accurate, relevant terrain for Warhammer 40k 10th edition, and that's not even mentioning the pub (which is also absolutely killer and stocked with plenty of amazing, local beers!) ! I've been playing 40k for 11 years, and I've been to dozens of gaming shops across the states and Europe while traveling, and I can say without a doubt this is the best shop I've ever been to! This is straight up the nicest gaming shop I've ever been to. Their assortment of hobby tools & high-end paints is unmatched, they are the only store I know of in town carrying an in-depth air-brush assortment, they have DOZENS of tables for playing any game you can imagine, and most relevantly to me, they have a TON of accurate, relevant terrain for Warhammer 40k 10th edition, and that's not even mentioning the pub (which is also absolutely killer and stocked with plenty of amazing, local beers!) ! I used to enjoy coming to this store for my Warhammer 40k needs, but my most recent visit was a complete letdown. The manager here seems to be on a serious power trip. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment for hobbyists, they act like they’re running a boot camp. I was simply trying to browse and ask some questions about an upcoming tournament, and the manager interrupted multiple times, acting condescending and dismissive. It felt like they were more interested in showing off their authority than helping customers or engaging with the community. The overall vibe is now incredibly unwelcoming, and it’s sad to see such a good store with solid inventory being run into the ground by poor management. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, where hobbyists are treated with respect and the focus is on having fun with the game, not stroking someone’s ego. If you're considering visiting, be prepared for unnecessary attitude and a serious lack of customer service. Show less

I used to enjoy coming to this store for my Warhammer 40k needs, but my most recent visit was a complete letdown. The manager here seems to be on a serious power trip. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment for hobbyists, they act like they’re running a boot camp. I was simply trying to browse and ask some questions about an upcoming tournament, and the manager interrupted multiple times, acting condescending and dismissive. It felt like they were more interested in showing off their authority than helping customers or engaging with the community. But I went there and saw this books from DnD I was interested of getting I was reading a bit next thing (I think he was the owner or manager idk) says “Hey friend this isn’t a library.” kind of a rude tone. I quickly closed the book put it back on the shelf just bought paints and brush instead. It made me uncomfortable I understand that they are running a business but if I’m gonna get a book from yall store I have to read what inside. **11/6 update** I bought a bolt action item and it was missing a figure. I contacted owners on their Discord and they responded within seconds. They took care of ordering another one quickly for me and let me keep the previous one. Amazed by their customer service and relationship mindset. Also, they now have 56 tables and that’s pretty awesome for people who might have been concerned about space to play. My friend and I met up here to play some MESBG. The space is amazing! Well lit, large tables to game, good selection terrain. Owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. They carry a large amount of wargames and have some citadel paints too. They carry a HUGE selection of Bolt action which is really awesome to see! This will be an excellent place to hangout with friends and play some games. Prepare for some walking to get to the store as it is located in a mall. ***I learned to use the service door by green dumpster and this now makes for a very easy walk. Looking forward to next game! **11/6 update** I bought a bolt action item and it was missing a figure. I contacted owners on their Discord and they responded within seconds. They took care of ordering another one quickly for me and let me keep the previous one. Amazed by their customer service and relationship mindset. Also, they now have 56 tables and that’s pretty awesome for people who might have been concerned about space to play. My friend and I met up here to play some MESBG. The space is amazing! They canceled an advance order placed months ago and have provided no timeline for a refund. I would not trust any online orders made here to arrive. In February, I purchased a Final Fantasy gift bundle, several months ahead of its release. After the bundle skyrocketed in price I received an email ... Read more

They canceled an advance order placed months ago and have provided no timeline for a refund. I would not trust any online orders made here to arrive. In February, I purchased a Final Fantasy gift bundle, several months ahead of its release. After the bundle skyrocketed in price I received an email telling me they would not be able to fulfill my order because of issues restocking the item. Even though I purchased it months before release. They've now canceled my order and provided no timeline for a refund, and have been wildly unresponsive. Even if they do provide a refund, I will not be able to purchase the bundle anywhere else for the same price. I'm still wondering how they could have needed to restock to fulfill an order I'd placed months ago, before the bundle was released l. Unless, of course, they simply sold what they did get to people who purchased it at an inflated price after my order was placed. No matter the cause, I'm bummed that I won't be getting the bundle because this seller cannot be trusted to deliver the products they sell at the price it was listed. Show less
