I enjoyed my visit, the space is pretty nice, the sofas are amazing and make you feel like you can hang around forever, the person at the desk who I assume is the owner was an amazing host making sure we had a pleasant stay and catering to any questions we had, the only thing to keep in mind is that most of the applications are default to Chinese language so hopefully you know how to navigate the menus but once it's in your preferred language it's great, also the computers were very powerful and aside from a few hiccups we experienced, once you were in your game it ran amazingly. I enjoyed my visit, the space is pretty nice, the sofas are amazing and make you feel like you can hang around forever, the person at the desk who I assume is the owner was an amazing host making sure we had a pleasant stay and catering to any questions we had, the only thing to keep in mind is that most of the applications are default to Chinese language so hopefully you know how to navigate the menus but once it's in your preferred language it's great, also the computers were very powerful and aside from a few hiccups we experienced, once you were in your game it ran amazingly. This was so much fun! I want to leave a review specifically for my curvy chicks or plus size friends. I was very nervous to come because I didn’t see many reviews from fellow plus size/curvy people on here and as we all know we sometimes don’t fit in all chairs. Personally, I’d recommend the brown chairs because they were much more comfortable than the racer chairs. However, the chairs are fairly low to the ground and with no way to raise them, after a while your lower back and hips WILL hurt. I stayed for 8hrs and by the time I got home I HAD to take some alieve. That could just be me though. Just a forewarning. With COVID I’d say bring your own headset (w/ adapters) and cleaning wipes to sanitize the station yourself. Although the staff do sanitize themselves! Not 5 stars only because there were a few issues with high ping *they said it was a recent issue though and they’d been trying to get it fixed*, download speeds (waiting 30ish mins) and the audio from the headset not working but the staff were very quick & willing to help! Also, there was not a HUGE array of games like I expected. I wanted to play Minecraft Java but they didn’t seem to have that version. Overall if you’re going to play well known games like Fortnite, LoL, Valorant, Apex etc. Your “download” times will be much faster. The graphics were great!! My all-in-one pc at home only gets 40fps on Valorant with the lowest settings, so going from that to a steady 250+ was AMAZING! For the record I did the $5/h pc. The food smelled great (even tho I opted for Mcdonalds down the street) and the environment was nice. Surrounding the area are nice boba spots and food! Parking is easy to find and well lit/busy so no worrying about your car being broken into or something. I’d visit in the earlier hours when less people are there to possibly get the best ping possible.Would definitely visit again!! Show less

The computers were good. I would recommend playing a match or two on the regular PCs. The more expensive ones had a lot of micro stutters for some reason. I think it might've just been mine though, cause I played on my partners PC and it was fine. But other than that it's great! They got some drinks... Read more

Came here for the first time yesterday and it looks pretty good. All of the computers where clean for the most part so I can tell that they take care of their equipment. You have to have the games already bought on Steam and sometimes the game you want to play won't be downloaded on the computer. So you have to go in with the mindset that you have to account for at least 30-45 minutes to downloading. I think they should at least adjust the pricing to where you're not charged as much if you aren't playing a game. I ended up running into a friend here and played Tekken with him, so I did end up having a good first experience despite not being overly prepared. I do plan to come back. Only suggestions I could offer is to maybe have console setups. Show less

You have to have the games already bought on Steam and sometimes the game you want to play won't be downloaded on the computer. I spent an hour and a half downloading a 50gh game which I know would have taken minutes if the connection wasn't so spotty. At one point the peak was 433mbps, but the connection kept cutting out so it took very long. Once it became stable I had no problems playing. Show less

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable communicating and vibing with the people there. The environment was super welcoming and relaxed. The setup was perfect — monitors, space, everything you’d want as a gamer. The lighting was on point, the music was at the perfect level, and nothing felt overwhelming or distracting. It was one of those places where you can really lock in and enjoy gaming the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. Customer service was top tier. Comfortable, respectful, and genuinely gamer-friendly. I almost don’t want to tell people about this spot because it feels like one of those places you keep to yourself — but for people like me who didn’t know about it before, you need to know.
