Very friendly and informed staff that spoke very good English and were able to explain the game Spendor Duel to my love and I quickly and efficiently so we were able to begin playing immediately great price great value tasty drinks however it is very loud in there but that’s just people having a good time and I don’t understand why people would fault the café for that. Ignore the negative reviews. We would have stayed longer if we could have they have a very good selection of games ranging all different categories. Show less

For the equivalent of $2.5 you can get 1 drink and access to any board game they have. The place can be crowded and noisy at times. I would recommend you to go with a group, so that the games would be more fulfilling, and if you can, go on a weekday, the manager was quite busy when we went on a saturday, so while waiting for him to explain to us the next board game we wanted to play, we played universal games like UNO and Jenga. They also offer drinks and bites! I tried their brown sugar fresh milk drink, tasted average, but it looks good! Show less

There is a very good selection of games here to choose from, even a few I hadn't heard of. The decor and store layout is nice too. The menu is simple, but the main draw here is the games, not the food/drinks. The menu is simple, but the main draw here is the games, not the food/drinks. In a nutshell : great place for board games. I highly recommend ! The staff is friendly and willing to teach you the rules (though I'm fine with dealings with rules myself). They have a large collection. I didn't count but from the small/casual games like hanabi, exploding kittens, Trekking History or king domino, to more elaborate games like Inis, Victorian Masterminds, Eko, Yawning Portal ; and upstairs more advanced games like Brass Lancashire or Rising Sun, you'll have much choice. All the games we played were sleeved, showing the care from the owners. So if some games have a missing component or rule, I would guess it's from a careless customer. I wish one could eat there and have other drinks that non-alcoholic, but as it stands it's definitely a great place to hang out and have some games. Occassionally someone will play the piano, contributing to a nice atmosphere. I was told the place exists since 2014 and I wish them to be there for at least the next decade ! Show less

They have a large collection. However, on my last visit, the table next to me was incredibly loud. They ignored the staff's warnings and continued to yell. They weren't even playing board games. They were just eating takeout food from outside, taking TikTok videos on their phones, and yelling nonstop. I'm not talking about laughing or chatting. They were literally screaming like five-year-olds. The cafe had a lot of games, and the staff was friendly enough to explain how to play.
