I have not been in store but have interacted with this group of stores over the phone inquiring about product availability. Conversations weren’t bad but also weren’t the most friendly either. I felt the need to share my experience after coming across the owners response that was shared amongst the Bandai Utah community. Denial and snapping back never helped a business with customers service. EVER! “Be a MAN” as you put it and admit you are wrong for everything related to the tournaments you have been wrongfully “hosting”. Avoid and report to Bandai ASAP! Show less

I have not been in store but have interacted with this group of stores over the phone inquiring about product availability. Conversations weren’t bad but also weren’t the most friendly either. I felt the need to share my experience after coming across the owners response that was shared amongst the Bandai Utah community. We love taking the family here to peruse the shelves. They have a large selection of games. Staff is friendly. Prices are competitive with online retailers, so I actually prefer buying them here. A couple times they have been out of stock for a popular game, but we always find new games we wanna play. They also sell accessories like card sleeves, dice, playmats, and posters. I like their rewards program. I've already redeemed a discount after a couple trips. Go check 'em out! Show less

We love taking the family here to peruse the shelves. They have a large selection of games. Staff is friendly. Prices are competitive with online retailers, so I actually prefer buying them here. A couple times they have been out of stock for a popular game, but we always find new games we wanna play. They also sell accessories like card sleeves, dice, playmats, and posters. My recent experiences at this store during live One Piece events have been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the condescending attitude of the staff. It’s clear that the store makes little to no effort to engage with the broader One Piece community, which is evident in their low event attendance, lackluster prize support, and questionable event pricing. What’s more concerning is the poor customer service. Just take a look at their responses to other one-star reviews—they’re met with snarky, rude, and overly defensive remarks. It’s hard to believe that a business can sustain itself with such a dismissive attitude towards its customers. I suspect they rely on dishonest event reporting and reselling prize support from so-called 'ghost' or 'rogue' events that never actually seem to take place. Overall, this store's shady business practices are deeply troubling, and I hope the management takes accountability to address these issues before it’s too late. Show less

My recent experiences at this store during live One Piece events have been incredibly disappointing, primarily due to the condescending attitude of the staff. It’s clear that the store makes little to no effort to engage with the broader One Piece community, which is evident in their low event attendance, lackluster prize support, and questionable event pricing. I really love this store and I am so happy I was able to find it. This was only my second time coming here but I will definitely keep coming often. The customer service is really nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. I love Pokémon cards and this place has a great variety with really good prices.... Read more

My order from the seller via online sale was never delivered and expressed that to the card shop. I got a very condescending reply and after reading other reviews on google, it is apparent that this store has copy/paste responses Banning players from the store and insulting them for leaving a negative comment for a negative experience. It’s also apparent they have multiple accounts that leave positive reviews to drive their reviews up. Overall bad experience as I was approaching 20 days of non delivered cards. I have been ordering cards online for over 20 years. Even TrollandToad has never had a 20+ day delivery time. Like many other 1 star reviews I’ll probably receive some condensing response saying I’m Banned etc etc, a man does etc etc. it’s very bad practice by the owner who clearly can’t take constructive feedback from player base. I got a very condescending reply and after reading other reviews on google, it is apparent that this store has copy/paste responses Banning players from the store and insulting them for leaving a negative comment for a negative experience. Scalpers see that and then the price points these stores set becomes the new norm. Will never return to this place. Prices on all products are 50% to 200% higher than they should be. In talking with the local card game community here, this store will pretend to run events so they can get product but not actually support the local community. This is the place to get board games! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know of or don't have the game you want, they are willing to work with you. I get all my board games here along with about half my Magic the Gathering supplies. They have 3 different stores, in three different cities; Orem, Spanish Fork and Payson. The one downside to this store, if it is even a downside is that they have no play area and thus hold no tournaments. It really depends on your perspective. Show less

I get all my board games here along with about half my Magic the Gathering supplies. They have 3 different stores, in three different cities; Orem, Spanish Fork and Payson.
