4 months agoWent Axe Throwing with a group of friends and had a great time, our worker, Maya, could not have been more lovely or helpful. She gave us tips and tricks and felt more like a member of our group having fun as opposed to the person supervising us. Will definitely be back!

We came to Book Battle Bar as part of a 3 day city break. We tried the crazy golf and the axe throwing. Ben on the Axe Throwing 🪓 was brilliant - very friendly and made our first ever time axe throwing enjoyable and competitive.

3 months agoHuge shout out and super duper thanks to the team; Brodie, Hannah and Emma who served me and my friends! Brodie is was an incredible and attentive, friendly face! Hannah has this amazing smile and was really helpful to anything we needed! Emma made almost ALL the cocktails--to perfection💜👌

I have had the absolute time of my life here at boom battle bar today. Our group was looked after by an unbelievably pleasant Maya, never have than in her company. Not only did she have amazing banter but taught the weaponry of the tomahawk phenomenally. Five stars

We did the axe throwing, it was SO much fun. Our teacher Finnley was fantastic and helped me get 30 points!! If you saw me at the start you’d understand how impressive of a teacher he is lol

3 months agoHad a fun time at the venue, booked 2 activities for a birthday - axe throwing and crazier golf. Matt was super nice guiding us through axe throwing, it was super fun. Crazier golf was very silly and we enjoyed it (though the chain on the bike needs fixing)

We had a fantastic time at the Festive Brunch. The drinks, food and music were brilliant. The best part was how well we were looked after by Matthew. He was so kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend 👏🏻

Calista was our host, instructor and scorer and helped big time by indulging our fantasy, using our chosen names and being very patient. I’m not sure that she’s ever had to dodge quite so... An hour’s axe throwing at 11.45am on a Saturday morning so the atmosphere was quiet but still good for all that! Calista was our host, instructor and scorer and helped big time by indulging our fantasy, using our chosen names and being very patient. I’m not sure that she’s ever had to dodge quite so many wayward axes in such a short space of time but, because it was our ineptitude rather than stupidity (although we may have to concede that the two might be closely linked!) she didn’t so much as suggest a yellow card for any of us! A great time and a great way to start our stag day! Show less

Calista was our host, instructor and scorer and helped big time by indulging our fantasy, using our chosen names and being very patient. 4 months agoHad a great afternoon axe throwing, shuffleboard and crazy golf. Very well organised and a lot of fun. Big shout out to Matt for his support with the axe throwing! I was terrified but he put me at ease and made it a lot of fun for our group. Would definitely recommend for a fun rainy day activity

What can I say — the Rabbies team had an absolutely fantastic night! Everyone genuinely enjoyed everything on offer. The variety of games kept us all entertained, the food was delicious and thoughtfully catered to different dietary needs, and the music kept the dancefloor buzzing (there may have been a few high kicks involved!). But what truly made the night was the staff. Every team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They guided us through the activities, jumped in to play when we were completely clueless (in the best way!), and handled everything behind the scenes — from door security to managing the game stations to making sure our presentation played smoothly throughout the evening. Thanks to them, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We’d absolutely recommend this venue for any work event, birthday, or team night out. We’re sure we’ll be back! THANK YOU FROM ALL AT RABBIES!!! The variety of games kept us all entertained, the food was delicious and thoughtfully catered to different dietary needs, and the music kept the dancefloor buzzing (there may have been a few high kicks involved!). We had an amazing experience at Boom Battle. From start to finish it was great fun, but a huge shout-out to our instructor Cara. She was incredibly friendly, approachable, and made everyone feel at ease straight away. Her enthusiasm really added to the experience. Highly recommend!
