5 months agoDo not have such a big store if you can not have enough employees to assist customers. Waited almost 40 minutes to purchase cards and left, along with 3 other customers. This is the second time this has happened. I will just order from TCG Player or Card Kingdom from now on and will no longer visit ... Read more
Do not have such a big store if you can not have enough employees to assist customers. Waited almost 40 minutes to purchase cards and left, along with 3 other customers. This is the second time this has happened. I will just order from TCG Player or Card Kingdom from now on and will no longer visit CM Games. And yes, I did ask for help and still didn't recieve it even though there was an employee just standing behind the Pokémon card area not servicing anyone. I used to love coming here but the customer service has went extremely down hill since they closed the other location on the side of the mall. Show less

Got home went to put it in the binder and it’s LP- maybe even MP. Edges around the entire back of the card are rough. Would be nice if they priced based on condition not r... Read more

2 months agoColby was great in finding me the last two LotR map cards I was missing. When I got back home I got the two I was missing mixed up so I got 1 of the 2. But upon calling them they had the missing one with Colby again being the MVP. Great store and folks.

1 month agoLooks like my review about the ps3 with roaches got deleted. No matter. They took it back and gave me a refund, but I was still out the gas and time for 2 trips to Lexington. Hope they’re doing better about console inspections.

4 months agoI stopped at CM Games to see what they had a found some Mario SNES games. That caught my attention. Noah helped me find what games they had and assisted in building a full Mario SNES collection. Keagan was really helpful at checkout to. Great experience overall.

3 months agoKeegan, bandon and Skylar always are so helpful to my boys. I have a five and an eight-year-old who don’t know much about Pokémon or Funko but they love to play with them and these guys always take their time with them. Makes it fun, even for Mom to come in the shop!

I’ve been coming here regularly for the past 2 months and I just absolutely love all the workers and how much Pokémon product they have. We always come with Brandon to pokemon events, and also spend sundays at Brandon’s playing with Colby and sometimes David. They are all such nice people. Alie and Jordan have always been so sweet to me and David shares his interest in frieren with me, and also taught my boyfriend how to play magic which is super fun. Austin is also really fun to talk to when we’re picking out pokemon product. Keagan and Billy are also great managers who keep the store happy and fun. Overall I just love being there and hanging out and playing events. Will probably be my favorite store for a really long time mainly because of all of the sweet workers. Show less

They always have something new to look at, and the prices are very reasonable — which is hard to find at places like this. We always make a beeline for the N64 games because they’re constantly getting new inventory. They also have a huge selection of Pokémon cards and tons of tabletop board games, whether you’re into Harry Potter, Pokémon, or D&D — there’s truly something for everyone.
