There was a group of 5 people seated behind the counter and they could not be interrupted from hanging out and talking about shows to greet me and my daughter when we walked in, or ask us if we needed any help or why we were there. We walked around looking at products and were ignored the entire time. When we left, there was more silence. My daughter decided to buy something so we went back in, no greeting, and stood by the counter for almost 5 minutes before we asked to purchase something. We were ignored for almost 5 minutes trying to buy something. I have been here once before and had a similar experience. I am never coming back. There are several great game stores in this city. We won't be going back, and I won't be recommending this place either. Show less

1 year agoStaff was very friendly and engaged with us on a personal level. Even though my friends and I were there to just play, we were never pressured to "buy something or get out". It was a great place and I plan on hosting more games here.

4 years agoIncredibly friendly! Staff we're always willing to help up find whatever we need, even down to specific figures. All the dice were well made, gorgeous, and incredibly unique. Plus it's super friendly to LGBTQ+! If you like TTRPGs or board games, check it out.

1 year agoI'm very happy with COG's atmosphere and service. I play Xwing here regularly, and the DnD and 40K groups I see are always having a good time. Plenty of room so it never feels like you can't focus on the game at hand. Great discount/rewards system too, as well as a great food options nearby.

5 months agoBarebones place that feels lifeless, and they don't have a good selection of merchandise. If you want to sit at any of the tables, you have to buy it, either before or after. If you are a D&D or board game fan, you are better off somewhere else.

I just wish they had phone cases that the fidget babies could snap into for easy storage and access. If you haven’t been here yet, you should definitely check them out!
