I'll start this by disclosing that I love crossroads and I've never had an issue before. Typically its a safe place with nice people and great service. Last night (10/11/2025) was not an example of that. I have never had such bad service, the bartender that night (tina) was rude instantly just becau... Read more

I'll start this by disclosing that I love crossroads and I've never had an issue before. Typically its a safe place with nice people and great service. Last night (10/11/2025) was not an example of that. I have never had such bad service, the bartender that night (tina) was rude instantly just because we walked up and showed her our IDs. My friend asked for a water and she said over and over that she wouldn't serve her, even though it was water? Not to mention while she's sitting there like a broken record player repeating herself instead of checking our ids or getting my friend some water the bar back came up without a word and shoved passed me while I was waiting for my id check. Im on crutches, it was as easy as just saying excuse me, not pushing passed me so I can almost fall over. I have never seen either employees the several times I've been, but I hope I never run into them again. I recommend you guys all the time, and its troubling to know that i could of sent someone there to be treated like garbage by a witch. I also want to mention, I was not drunk. We were celebrating my brother's 21st, I was keeping an eye and its interesting seeing what people think they can get away with when they think they can take advantage of you. Sorry your night was so bad that you couldn't contain your self projection and aggressive bad attitude. Miranda is amazing btw, just want to shout her out. Show less

I'll start this by disclosing that I love crossroads and I've never had an issue before. Typically its a safe place with nice people and great service. Last night (10/11/2025) was not an example of that. I have never had such bad service, the bartender that night (tina) was rude instantly just because we walked up and showed her our IDs.
