Definitely one of the best places in Alaska to drink and have fun with friends. They have a ton of TVs and has a wide assortment of alcohol. One of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Wait staff was okay, but the kitchen just could not get the food out on time or correct. Not the right fries as originally ordered, when they came out they were cold, Burger was not cooked anywhere near a safe temperature despite being asked for medium, and after all that, they even sent out another Burger very raw. Note, both of these burgers were to be eaten by children under 12. The first was eaten some, the other we refused to let be touched; we cut it in half out of pure curiosity. The manager ended up making things okay by not charging us for the food, but still a raging disappointment for one of the first get-togethers with all my extended family in a long time. Show less

Not the right fries as originally ordered, when they came out they were cold, Burger was not cooked anywhere near a safe temperature despite being asked for medium, and after all that, they even sent out another Burger very raw. Went in late afternoon. Overall, not bad if you're looking for a big and loud place where you don't have to interact with anyone. Typical game bar atmosphere - lots of noise coming off of numerous TV screens all around the restaurant plus the noise coming from the gaming area next to the restaurant. Service was a bit slow and the food was so-so. I ordered salmon and the sauce was on a saltier side. The rice that came with my dish was very sticky, which I don't think it's supposed to be sticky. Ended up ordering 2 apps. My spouse's food was weirdly cold on the outside but warm on the inside. Food seemed warmed in a microwave. The employee was friendly. Later was given the wrong order to pay for. My spouse didn't notice he had paid for a different table. The employee noticed after he was bringing back a receipt my spouse had to ask for. It was $25 more then our order. Management 'fixed' it but it will take up to a week to see the money back in our account. That's a tad over $100 waiting for! Very disappointed. Show less

Concern Regarding Service and Management at Dave & Buster’s Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the overall service and management quality at your location. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been very disappointing due to repeated issues with both the gaming and dining areas. Most of the gaming machines are frequently out of order, which creates frustration for guests who pay to enjoy the experience. Additionally, I have noticed that several front-desk employees appear to lack proper training. Many seem unsure about basic tasks such as printing coupons, and rather than assisting customers promptly, they often continue with cleaning or other tasks instead of providing immediate service. Guests should always be the top priority. The dine-in service has also been consistently poor. Servers often take initial orders but rarely return to check if customers need anything further. There seems to be a lack of supervision and accountability during busy hours, particularly on weekends. It would be beneficial for management to ensure that a supervisor is always present to guide new staff and maintain service standards. This situation has occurred multiple times during my visits with colleagues, which indicates a pattern rather than an isolated incident. It is disappointing to see such a decline in service compared to other Dave & Buster’s locations, which maintain much higher standards. I sincerely urge the management team to review staff training, improve customer service, and ensure proper supervision during all shifts. Guests visit to have a pleasant experience, and it’s crucial that your team reflects the fun, energetic, and professional atmosphere that Dave & Buster’s is known for. Every time I visit, I spend a lot of time (and money!) enjoying the games and atmosphere, so great service really stands out—and these two absolutely delivered. Paul, went above and beyond to help me with some reward cards I had earned. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a manager who treats guests with that level of care and attention, and it made a big difference in my experience. Hannah H. was equally impressive. Her service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive without being intrusive, upbeat, and on top of everything I needed. She made the visit smooth, fun, and stress‑free, which is exactly what you hope for when you’re out to enjoy yourself. Thanks to Paul and Hannah H., this visit was one of my best yet. I want to give a huge shout‑out to the incredible team at Dave & Buster’s, especially Manager Paul and my server Hannah H. Every time I visit, I spend a lot of time (and money!) enjoying the games and atmosphere, so great service really stands out—and these two absolutely delivered. Paul, went above and beyond to help me with some reward cards I had earned. He handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a genuinely friendly attitude. It’s rare to find a manager who treats guests with that level of care and attention, and it made a big difference in my experience. Hannah H. was equally impressive. Her service was outstanding from start to finish—attentive without being intrusive, upbeat, and on top of everything I needed. She made the visit smooth, fun, and stress‑free, which is exactly what you hope for when you’re out to enjoy yourself. Thanks to Paul and Hannah H., this visit was one of my best yet.
