3 years agoFriendly, fun atmosphere. Went to miniatures paint night but Tuesday they also allow paint n games. I saw about 8 tables going DnD, War something. Many dice LRP games happening. Staff were super nice and helpful

2 years agoHad a blast getting to play MTG with people, it was my first time playing at a game shop and it was a bustling and thrilling adventure. Eagerly looking forward to attending Mini painting night on Thursdays!

1 year agoI made a bet with Nate if I pull a good card and it just happened that, I pull out a fiendsmith card. The shop is good after all good service, chill people to hang out and have the stuff for card and both collectors molding kit’s and D&d figure. 10/10

I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received when visiting the store for the first time the other day. I had at least three store employees ask me for help, or assist me. One of them even showed me what a new Dragon Shield sleeve looked like from his personal collection, so I could see it in person before I decided to buy, as a sample product wasn't available to view yet since it was so new. Another employee was even kind enough to tell me that if I needed help, or had any questions, feel free to interrupt their conversation they were having. Absolutely blown away by the friendliness and accommodation they showed to a new customer, which seems rare these days, especially from big corporate businesses. I try to buy local whenever possible, to support small businesses. I'll definitely be back for future purchases, and look into what games/events they run in the future, when I have time. I didn't catch any names, and not sure if the store owner was there, but regardless, they know how to treat a customer, their product was neat, and nicely displayed. The gentleman running the register at the time was so helpful on multiple occasions during my visit. If the owner reads this review, kudos to him, he was a major factor in the positivity of my experience at your store the other day. Due to his help, and answering all of my questions, I wound up purchasing additional items I didn't even intend on buying. I went in looking for Pokémon product for my niece, and a MTG product for my brother for Christmas, and wound up purchasing a few things for myself since they were so helpful. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend checking them out, based on my short visit. 👍 Show less

I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service I received when visiting the store for the first time the other day. I had at least three store employees ask me for help, or assist me. One of them even showed me what a new Dragon Shield sleeve looked like from his personal collection, so I could see it in person before I decided to buy, as a sample product wasn't available to view yet since it was so new. 4 months agoBy Far one worst stores to deal with. Owner is rude, and disrespectful to customers. A true failure to communicate. Below Sub-Par Customer Service… Misdirection and Poor Management skills or Lack thereof. Don’t Waste Your Time here… All Small Business isn’t Good Business

In no way shape or form fair. Either everyone gets boxes or 12 packs each or something but don't give half the people boxes while those of u... Read more
