Coming here for the second time, the experience was better than the first time, probably because the shop was less crowded and quieter, there were only 2 of us sitting there attaching diamond paintings. The staff that day was enthusiastic but a bit slow and passive, the drinks, to be honest, I found them a bit expensive compared to the quality. The drinks had many beautiful diamond paintings, which made up for the drinks, and the space was okay, if there was a bit more music it would be great. Show less

Coming here for the second time, the experience was better than the first time, probably because the shop was less crowded and quieter, there were only 2 of us sitting there attaching diamond paintings. The staff that day was enthusiastic but a bit slow and passive, the drinks, to be honest, I found them a bit expensive compared to the quality. The drinks had many beautiful diamond paintings, which made up for the drinks, and the space was okay, if there was a bit more music it would be great. Show less

The staff did not take care of the customers, did not clean the table. When I complained that the table was not cleaned and the coffee was spilled, the staff did not say anything. The staff had a bad attitude and were not welcoming to customers even though they only asked about room selection. When asked to get the air conditioner remote, it was very slow and had to wait for the customer to go down to the first floor to ask again before getting it. This is the first and last time I've been to this restaurant and I will never come back. I recommend everyone not to go. Show less

I visited DNA Coffee Boardgame, Box & Workshop in early March. Back then, there was a workshop on the 2nd floor, if you don't order drinks/food, you will have to pay an additional 30,000 VND. The room was not very clean, the workshop was quite dirty and messy (the same goes for the upper floor). Now there is no more workshop, but the shop has changed a bit in terms of decor and model. The drinks are normal like other coffee & boardgame shops in Dong Da, but the prices are higher. Show less

The room was not very clean, the workshop was quite dirty and messy (the same goes for the upper floor). Now there is no more workshop, but the shop has changed a bit in terms of decor and model. Why do they make a packet of powder for customers and charge 55k for it? The taste is exactly like the bubble tea powder packets bought in supermarkets, and buying a whole box is not that expensive. In those bubble tea boxes, there are also pearl packets, but this shop only mixes the white powder packet, nothing else. With this price, Highland, Phuc Long,... would be better. A shop that takes money like this will soon become a tycoon, right? Show less

The staff was polite, guiding us upstairs to have a space to play, the space is quite large and divided into many areas so it won't affect each other too much. But the minus point is that the 4th floor board game area is quite messy, the games are not cleaned up so many sets are lost or missing, the games are not diverse. I hope the shop will improve soon. We arrived quite late, my friend has come here 1 or 2 times to use the statue painting service but this time we came to play board games. The staff was polite, guiding us upstairs to have a space to play, the space is quite large and divided into many areas so it won't affect each other too much. But the minus point is that the 4th floor board game area is quite messy, the games are not cleaned up so many sets are lost or missing, the games are not diverse. I hope the shop will improve soon.
