Ive purchased here before with great interactions and fair prices however a recent interaction here left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be coming back. I purchased an expensive 2nd hand figure from here (costing several hundred). Cashier had unboxed it for me to examine the condition before I bought it but was extremely careless with it and probably damaged the box/figure even more. Parts of the figure fell out and on to the floor with loud thuds because of his inattentiveness and he didn't even react or care, picking it up after quite some time. He also hastily shoved the figure back into its box and consequently creased it. Im not one to make a scene or care much for small dings/resale value which is why I quickly paid and left but with a figure costing so much I would really appreciate it if it was treated with some kind of gentleness... Recently bought an action figure from here. The staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They're so passionate about what they have and are actual collectors themselves. The prices are reasonable as well depending on what you're after. This is the only place in LA I know of that carries Tamashii Natio... Read more
