Easily the best board game shop in Macomb County! The staff is very welcoming and the store is clean and organized. If you're in the market for TCGs, I honestly don't know how they compare to other board game shops in the area, but they have a decent selection of board games at reasonable prices. I was able to purchase some Dragon Shield Sleeves at market price and even found a game I wanted for $10 less than Amazon's price. Show less

Easily the best board game shop in Macomb County! The staff is very welcoming and the store is clean and organized. If you're in the market for TCGs, I honestly don't know how they compare to other board game shops in the area, but they have a decent selection of board games at reasonable prices. You guys do you, but this review is to remind me to stop visiting this store with high expectations of getting some cards. My experience both visits would compare to going to secretary of state. Not an awful shop but definitely for more experienced players, went in to look at MTG cards being new to the game and curious however they don’t have bulk cards and no prebuilt decks just boosters and singles you can request singles to and they will pull them for you. Not an awful shop but definitely for more experienced players, went in to look at MTG cards being new to the game and curious however they don’t have bulk cards and no prebuilt decks just boosters and singles you can request singles to and they will pull them for you. Overall took a lot of looking for someone to finally come over and ask if we needed help then wasn’t to helpful just disappointed being new this morning want the place or maybe I just came at a bad time. Great store, I love supporting local shops that offer great service in the tcg realm. 3 visits in a row with a great trade in experience, the young lady greeted me immediately each time even when they were busy and AJ that processed my trades knows his stuff and was quick, honest and right at what I would expect fair retail trade in would be. Definitely will keep bringing stuff in. Clean storefront, open playing area. Personal requests would be more collectors boosters, set or play booster boxes instead of drafts, pre release, bundle boxes ect... Also a tip of the hat for the vintage boosters on the top shelf! Great store, I love supporting local shops that offer great service in the tcg realm. 3 visits in a row with a great trade in experience, the young lady greeted me immediately each time even when they were busy and AJ that processed my trades knows his stuff and was quick, honest and right at what I would expect fair retail trade in would be. Both the Owners and the Staff are great and will work with you on whatever you are looking for, if there's something that you're looking for that they don't have in stock they will work with you to get stuff ordered for you. There stock of Board Games is one of the larger ones in the Metro area, the same can be said about their selection of TCG's, including older out of print boxes when it comes to MTG. The store atmosphere is great, as mentioned their stock is amazing, the store is clean with plenty of game space for everyone. Even when there's a sizeable event going on there's usually enough space for you to get some casual games in. Definitely worth checking out! Show less

It's a fine game store, but I'm surprised at all the reviews that say the employees are friendly, since that wasn't my experience. The last two times I came in, nobody interacted with me in any way? I came in, said hi to the person at the register, and was ignored. The first time I bought dice and also none of the employees spoke to me even after I spoke to them. The second time I came in to buy a mini (they were out of a ton of minis). I told my brother, who was browsing the cards, that I was done shopping since they didn't have what I needed. The employee who had just been talking to my brother didn't even look at me when I said that, which was weird. Then that employee immediately greeted a customer that walked in, asked him what he needed, had a whole conversation about inventory to help him. I hate making assumptions, but I'm a very feminine woman and when you're a girly girl walking into a game store and everyone ignores you in 2026, it has a really weird vibe. Show less

I got ALOT of hits but these are my favorite. As a collector and player, I think this shop is top tier. They are always polite and helpful. They do only offer 50% TCG player for selling but that’s pretty standard. They also have literally every board game. I found a copy of Root there when everywhere else was sold out. Keep it up guys! I got ALOT of hits but these are my favorite. As a collector and player, I think this shop is top tier. They are always polite and helpful. They do only offer 50% TCG player for selling but that’s pretty standard. They also have literally every board game. I found a copy of Root there when everywhere else was sold out. Keep it up guys! The individual working there was very helpful in brainstorming what other hobby stores in the area might have what I was looking for. I made sure to take a peek at the board game selection and TRPG books available. Both areas were organized and had a great variety. The staff were kind and helpful, which has not always been my experience with some of the local gaming stores I've been to in the Metro Detroit area.
