Hey! I’m a fan of your store and enjoy your selection. Today I walked in for a gift and was met with rather passive customer service. It was off putting and very uncalled for. I politely greeted a worker when wishing to check out and they ignored me while giving me my purchase and receipt slightly aggressively. Now I don’t think I’m entitled to excellent customer service but it felt personal. Just was left with some perplexity about the experience cus I didn’t know where it was coming from. Hey! I’m a fan of your store and enjoy your selection. Today I walked in for a gift and was met with rather passive customer service. It was off putting and very uncalled for. I politely greeted a worker when wishing to check out and they ignored me while giving me my purchase and receipt slightly aggressively. Nicholas (I’m assuming he is the owner or a manager) emailed me back and forth over about a week to help find a suitable replacement for the dice set I’d ordered and was just very kind and upfront about the mishap. I haven’t received my order just yet but I’ve been very impressed by the quality of customer support. I placed an order online for a few sets of dice, and unfortunately they were unable to find one of the sets I purchased. But the customer service was amazing. Nicholas (I’m assuming he is the owner or a manager) emailed me back and forth over about a week to help find a suitable replacement for the dice set I’d ordered and was just very kind and upfront about the mishap. I haven’t received my order just yet but I’ve been very impressed by the quality of customer support. Came in to return a clearly counterfeit copy of a game! The shrink was barely hanging onto the box (it couldn't even close properly), the dice were the wrong set, the meeple and boards were of extremely poor quality. The box and rulebook also had obvious printing errors that don't match the actual g... Read more

Came in to return a clearly counterfeit copy of a game! The shrink was barely hanging onto the box (it couldn't even close properly), the dice were the wrong set, the meeple and boards were of extremely poor quality. The box and rulebook also had obvious printing errors that don't match the actual game. Staff did not believe that the copy was a fake, had to speak to an owner over the phone and even they didn't believe me. No attempt was made to verify the copy was illegitimate, and they almost denied me a refund on the basis that "it was opened." Absolutely unbelievable. Boise has many great alternative game store options to check out! Show less
