My first visit here was on 7/4/25. I was surprised at the amount of games, toys, puzzles and fun items that this store had for sale. We went to play pinball specifically and they had many options to choose from, as well as arcade games. It appeared that there were multiple Dungeons and Dragons games... Read more

My first visit here was on 7/4/25. I was surprised at the amount of games, toys, puzzles and fun items that this store had for sale. We went to play pinball specifically and they had many options to choose from, as well as arcade games. It appeared that there were multiple Dungeons and Dragons games in progress during our visit. I ended up buying a great puzzle as a gift. I'm not a fan of cats, but the recipient was super happy. Show less

Very poor customer service this past Friday. Came in to trade in my PS5. The lady at the counter started off rude and offered us to leave the console and wait 3 days………..or they can do it right then. Of course I chose right then but she kind of sighed and took the console to the back to check it out... Read more

Very poor customer service this past Friday. Came in to trade in my PS5. The lady at the counter started off rude and offered us to leave the console and wait 3 days………..or they can do it right then. Of course I chose right then but she kind of sighed and took the console to the back to check it out. After a bit she caught our attention and told us it was ready and to get back in line to get it and I’m assuming left to go home which makes sense why the 3 day option was offered and she acted rude when I didn’t want to wait 3 days. So we wait in line, we get to the counter and say we have the ps5 and the 3 games and are offered…..$165 for all of it…honestly a joke (game stop offered $250 just for the console) but we were nice and just said no thank you. The guy also threw an attitude at that point once we denied the price and acted like it was a bother I guess. We were going to look around after but after having both employees act like that we just decided to leave and purchase the board game we wanted off Amazon. I’m all for supporting smaller businesses but when the customer service is this poor it truly isn’t worth it Show less

Front half of the store is full of purchase-able board games, tabletop games, figurines, cards, toys, etc. There's an arcade off the side of the store. Then the entire back half of the stores is FULL of giant tables where people can come meetup and play board games, including a GREAT selection of demo games to pull and play for free! (Photos shown of the demo game shelves) My husband and I went last night and played a round of Villainous. It was great to see so many people enjoying a late Sunday evening of games. What a great culture and environment they've created. We'll be back over and over. Show less

We have a young kid who is just starting to get into them. Thankfully at one of those retailers my husband ran into a friend who told him about Firefly and he booked it over yesterday evening. Absolutely wild to me that Firefly is only one of a few places instituting a purchase limit on cards but I am really grateful that they do! A small child was thrilled and got her first gold card. Card games and board games from all decades- baby boomer post WW2 through the present. Nostalgia and The New abound in this ten thousand square foot temple to the gaming gods. There is even an Arcade and space to play all your DnD type games with your friends while you argue Kirk or Picard or Janeway and, of course, the inimitable discussion of whether the original Star Trek consists of 168 or 169 episodes (depends if the Finale is a two-parter). And who can forget that steamy kiss between Kirk and Uhura. I found a DS Lite charger cord that I needed and picked up a really cool game called Ever Oasis 3DS that I had never heard of, but checked reviews and it's highly recommended bc it is made by the same creator house as Legend of Zelda. They have many of the now Jurassic game consoles and a nicely curated selection of Jurassic games. I also got some Japanese Matcha Candy and my dad found some Caramel Cremes. From Crumb Crunchers to Odiferous Incel Basement Dwellers, there is something to lure everyone one out of ones' basement or playroom and into Firefly. They are about to open a "Sister Location" (FNAF reference for those of you older than ten) on Harbinson BLVD...move over Gloria Swanson (Sunset BLVD) "I'm ready for my close-up, Mr. Demille."
