I was blown away the other day by the integrity and professionalism of this institution and its staff. I brought my son to Flights 2 back in November of 2024 so he could buy a few Magic cards and play a few rounds with some other folks who had gathered there for a friendly game on a Sunday afternoon. Fast-forward 7 months to June, 2025 and my son tells us that the card he bought that day is missing and he needs to buy it again. We agree and take him back to Flights 2. He walks into the shop. He comes back out a few minutes later wielding the card, a handwritten note, and a huge smile. Gets into the car and shows us the note. It says "kid left at store, 11/2024". He'd accidentally left the card at the shop that day in November and the Flights 2 family held it for him at the counter for 7 months until he finally came back for it. They didn't restock it, they didn't give it away, they didn't keep it for themselves. They held it for him 7 months, not knowing if he would ever come back for it. That's integrity. That's how you run a business. We are now customers for life. Show less

I was blown away the other day by the integrity and professionalism of this institution and its staff. I brought my son to Flights 2 back in November of 2024 so he could buy a few Magic cards and play a few rounds with some other folks who had gathered there for a friendly game on a Sunday afternoon. Fast-forward 7 months to June, 2025 and my son tells us that the card he bought that day is missing and he needs to buy it again. We agree and take him back to Flights 2. He walks into the shop. After talking to the staff I learned they host all kinds of events which is awesome and part of the reason why it’s great to support your local game store. This store is very overpriced and is the reason why lcs get a bad rep. Starting off, the owner is very rude and the staff's behaviors are also not something to write home about. They brag constantly about having the "best selection of pokemon etbs in the northeast." This is because of how expensive they are and no one buys them. When I went the first time I thought it was super cool to see a bunch of older sealed product on the shelves and then I looked at the prices and how they were way above marker and did not think it was as cool anymore. The cabinet for the higher end cards is also a mess and it's nearly impossible to actually look through them without seeing other random unrelated crap. Save yourself the trouble and frustration and don't go here if the owner's responses to a number of other one star reviews isn't enough. Show less

This store is very overpriced and is the reason why lcs get a bad rep. Starting off, the owner is very rude and the staff's behaviors are also not something to write home about. They brag constantly about having the "best selection of pokemon etbs in the northeast." This is because of how expensive they are and no one buys them. Today was my first time in the shop and I found the person behind the counter to be very rude and dismissive. The tone of voice used to tell me “they never heard of it” was unnecessary given that I had been in the store less than 2 minutes. I was asking because I assumed the people working would know the store better than I. The attitude displayed was not just to me, but with another customer in the store as well. While this store may have a large selection, finding things is very hard as everything is packed into a small space. I was attempting to help a local business, but instead found a store I will never return to or recommend. Show less

The tone of voice used to tell me “they never heard of it” was unnecessary given that I had been in the store less than 2 minutes. I was asking because I assumed the people working would know the store better than I. The attitude displayed was not just to me, but with another customer in the store as well. And the Employees/ owner actually know what there talking about when discussing purchases or gameplay. Me and my wife both went for a pre-release recently we're the event was run smoothly. The atmosphere was a comfortable and chill vibe. And the little extra they put in for the event was very appreciated. Things from packs for those who lost, to ordering specialty pizza. Don't be confused! This is now Flights 2. Don't worry, yes it is in the same location. But a new store under new ownership. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Half of the store is undergoing updates still (as you can see in the one picture). Along with massive Magic card sorting! But the other half is well stocked! They have insanely rare cards for sale. Along with so many different games for sale including a really neat new fun one that's great for kids (and kids of all ages) called Beast Clans! They thankfully still carry DnD also including variant covers and a large selection of books, figures, and extras. Along with OG publications!! Some hard to find original publications, Love it! They also have a decent amount paperbacks still. Including Star Wars, Star Trek, and DnD among others. They also have Citadel paints. They are putting so much work into this shop. It also sounded like they plan on holding some really interesting events also in the near future. I can't wait to go back and see what treasures they add to it next! Show less

For those of you who are reading this and the other reviews, before you criticize the prices, walk into a target or walmart. There are no cards there. Its well worth the price to go to Flights for such a great selection and vintage cards that are no longer circulating, not to mention it’s a small family owned shop. Support your local shops, much better than giving big corporations like Walmart your hard earned money!! Thank you very much for being so great Flights!! They explained the different types of cards and were willing to talk to an older son via FaceTime to find the best deck fit. They must have spent 20 minutes with us which would have never happened at another store.They did not try to upsell us, and we are so grateful for their professionalism. I was there specifically for Pokemon. They asked multiple times if I needed help and when I did request it, they were very knowledgeable and professional. They had many other customers there as well, and they were nice to everyone in front of me. The prices there are market just like EVERY other LCS out there. I purchased a couple of Chinese Gem 2s and they were considerably cheaper, $50 per box, than another store at the mall. Also they will charge singles based on condition and market, which I found very fair. There were a couple of people selling items and cards, and everyone seemed to be happy with what they were offered as well. Also, no weird smells like others claim and it seemed like a very family/kid friendly place. Very happy with my trip there, as I live an hour away, and if I get the chance will go back. Also I got the top chase from the boxes! Thanks again Dave and friend! Show less
