0 stars. Came in ordered my food. Was told "oh we don't take cash" what kind of business are you guys running here? Do yall wanna make money or not? So moronic. Also staff was just sitting there talking to eachother, it took them 5 minutes to take my order and they kept trying to avoid me as long as possible. Go across the street to starbucks instead, it's cheaper and better. Edit: No there isn't. There is no sign anywhere that says cash is not accepted. Any why isn't cash accepted exactly? Is this a money laundering business? Some of us don't use card. Is cash just worthless now? Time to just use it a kindling? You're in a place where all your customers are just travelling, you know how many sales you miss out on over such a dumb policy? Know better, do better. Show less

Terrible customer service. I ordered two cups of coffee. Both cups very extremely warm and not tasty. I burned my tongue and ask them to remake both. It took her a long time to remake one, because she was talking to a single person ignoring customers and a lineup. The other cup never got finished. She ignored my husband and put the milk to be frothed for a long time until it became even more warm. He kindly tried to say that coffee will be getting even warmer. She ignored him, waiting for a customer to ask my husband what is going on in here. Very uncomfortable experience. We are never going back to this coffee shop.My husband waited and eventually left without coffee. I would not recommend this place! Show less

On March 1st, I ordered a Turkish Latte in the morning, and the taste was tart. I took a couple of sips and I couldn't handle the taste. I took the latte back up to the counter to talk with the barista, and I told her that I didn’t like to taste of my latte. She then spoke to another young lady who I believe was maybe a shift manager, and I explained to her what my thoughts were about the latte. She told me verbatim, it’s not their fault that I didn’t like my coffee and that I would need to buy a new one. I gave her back the latte they made for me a couple of minutes earlier and asked her to pour it out. So, I donated 9 dollars for a 16 oz Turkish latte with soy. I would rate my experience a 0 if I could, but I have to give them 1 star. I blame ownership for hiring someone to mange a store with poor customer service skills. I shared my experience with the Hyatt staff and they were apologetic to my experience. Show less

I honestly don't exactly remember what I got here other than it was a baguette sandwich with salami, tomato, mozzarella cheese and some other stuff, but it was pretty good!
