This is an excellent store. I had the opportunity to work with the owner on the recent Adventures in the Forgotten Realms draft marathon event, and it could not have gone better. The staff was friendly, the players were attentive, nice, and easy to work with... and the event went off without a hitch! We had 4 full draft pods (total 32 people) today, so attendance was great! I'm happy I chose to spend my day here, and I'll certainly be back for more big events just like this! Show less

This is an excellent store. I had the opportunity to work with the owner on the recent Adventures in the Forgotten Realms draft marathon event, and it could not have gone better. The staff was friendly, the players were attentive, nice, and easy to work with... and the event went off without a hitch! We had 4 full draft pods (total 32 people) today, so attendance was great! Good atmosphere, plenty of board games and other 'geek' goods on sale, and large tables in a section towards the back for several different TCG tournaments they host. The employees behind the counter were nice enough but not very engaging with us. While they had a decent variety of wares, a lot of them were out of stock or very limited in what they had out. Most of their D&D figures were absent and their paints were no different. They lacked figures and had a big focus on board games and game accessories. I also don't think I saw a single comic in the store. Show less

Good atmosphere, plenty of board games and other 'geek' goods on sale, and large tables in a section towards the back for several different TCG tournaments they host. The employees behind the counter were nice enough but not very engaging with us. While they had a decent variety of wares, a lot of them were out of stock or very limited in what they had out. I went here to play some pokémon tcg after just having moved to Pittsburgh. This was the first game store I went to in the area. I played in the surging sparks prerelease. The staff, the judge, and the local players were all welcoming towards me, I had some nice laughs with my round 2 and 3 opponents, and I even won a raffle! This is one of the best games stores in the area, which surprises me since it's in a mall. But their gaming events are all lovely, with a community of people that have been formed around each game. My son loves Pokemon, and we were welcomed to their Sunday Pokemon League Day on Day one, and made to feel accepted; I had all my questions as a parent answered, and my kids got to have all their Pokemon fun with people who understood their love for the game. Their gaming miniatures collection is also one of the biggest I've seen (even if there's currently a nationwide shortage). They have a vast selection of board games. Dice. Dice trays. Paints. Almost anything you'd need for any gaming hobby, and a great staff of people to boot. Show less

It's easy to get to in the mall, and they have an agreement to stay open longer than the rest of the mall, so there's no worry about events being cut shorter... Read more

Do not recommend. I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to buy an item based on the price tag on it. Got to the register and they wanted to charge more than double.
