Upper windows could use some kind of blinds; room is already hot & gets worse when sun beats in on you + it's blinding. 5. I'm just a spouse the real board game fans in the group seem pleased with the variety of games available to play for free. Show less

In love! Its my new safe space and me time space. I have an almost 3 year old and there are games (both playable with the rule set and adaptable to his developmental stage) to play together. Great game library, comfortable atmosphere, amazingly kind and friendly staff, fabulous Cafe, and wide selection of games for purchase. I will ALWAYS recommend a meet up here over anywhere else. They are open late which is great for older kids to hangout and keep out of trouble and have a safe space to be themselves and play with others. They offer rental of semi private rooms which is very nice and incredibly affordable if splitting between a group. The art throughout and attention to detail and care for their customers is simply unmatched by any other game store I have been to. If you are on the fence about checking it out, DO IT. The only drawback would be that the cafe isn't open during all the hours they are open, though they do still have options available for purchase in terms of food and drink when the Cafe is closed. So fun! We’re drove all the way from Woodbury. Terrific lattes and comfy booths. We enjoyed playing a couple rounds of a game. I will definitely return with more family.

Date of Visit: 10 July 2025 - Our minds were blown when we found out you could walk in off the street & play a variety of board/card games with your friends for FREE! Nothing is free anymore...this place is an awesome asset to our community.

Huge gaming area plus a coffee shop with pizza and other snacks available. Nice selection of card games, board games and other collectibles. Looked like they had some games available to play for free and lots of scheduled events. Support your local game shop!

I came here and had an absolute blast. They have so many games to play and a cute cafe with food options. It is free to play games which is awesome and they have an area where they sell games as well. I highly recommend coming here with friends.

I had a great time both times I came here with my family this week. The game options were awesome, and plenty of snacks were had by all. I'm definitely looking forward to the kitchen opening with pizza and artichoke hearts.

I have visited twice and left disappointed and not wanting to give them further business. At the first visit the shop was noticeably smelly, so much so that my wife wanted to leave immediately. We have had poor service with employees playing games instead of stopping to assist us as customers waiting at the front counter next to them. Most recently I asked to see their single cards for sale and asked how they priced them as no prices were listed. They told me that it was TCGplayer market price. When I checked out, none of the prices were at those prices. They had rounded up to the nearest dollar, even on cards that were 51 cents, they were charging $1. Even though I can afford that difference, when I pointed out the discrepancy and that it had added about 33% to the total purchase cost and asked for them to price it as they had told me it would be they did not and the employee scoffed and smirked at me while saying no. This was very off putting as it felt like I was being disrespected by both the bait and switch price and also by the employee, I realize that shops need to make profits but the market price is already at a profit, especially as in store avoids any profit split with the listing service. Further, other local game shops have always been either transparent with their prices or willing to reprice per the market value if they are saying that is what they sell based on. Other shops such as The Forge, Dreamhaven, and Lodestone have consistently given better customer service, not been duplicitous with pricing, and been a better experience with both the atmosphere, the sense of community, the events they hold, etc. I intend to take my future business to their competitors and would recommend other customers visit these other shops to compare experiences. They have a growing selection of free-to-play games, and semi private or open spaces to play games. They also have food/snacks, board games, card games, and accessories. The space is very large and holds plenty of people. The Mayor, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, and the Superintendent of the School district all showed up to support this business, so they have a lot of credibility. The inside was all painted by a local artist, and has a unique, fun, but functional design. If you were going to support a local gaming business, this would be it. So many free games to play- amazing variety in game play, skill level, and group size. Free wifi. All ages, family friendly. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I was able to occupy a booth near the cafe (the staff were entertaining too) and play on my nintendo switch lite while enjoying chicken bites and a banana bread latte. Definitely recommend this drink! Also many simpler snacks and cooler drinks. Loved the variety! I got an oreo frappe just before I left and it was delicious! I'll definitely be going there more often! Show less

I've been on two dates here, and each time I was dumped immediately after. However, this is such a lovely, fun place filled with friendly people! I wish there was something like this closer to me, but it's worth the drive out here!

Truly an epic store. Good selection of products and food. I'm giving it only two stars because of the staff. The staff was grumpy and disrespectful. There were only about 12 customers in the whole store. Most of them were at tables playing games. There is no excuse for how poor their service was. Nobody greeted us when we arrived. Retail 101 says greet everyone. When I went to order food the guy behind the counter was chit chatting with another customer (clearly a regular), which is fine. But the other customer told him he could come help us then pick up their conversation after. The employee continued to discuss his MtG deck for the weekend. The customer prompted him to help us again. The clerk rolled his eyes and came to help us. No smile, no greeting. I then went to the checkout counter. So smile, no greeting. Just walked over and stared at me until I prompted the checkout. When I asked for a bag the guy looked at me like I was totally inconvenienceing him. They were behaving as if they were short staffed on a day that was fully packed. I could give more grace to them in that case. But with only a dozen customers in the entire place? It makes me sad to write this, as I want them to succeed. I will try give them a chance again next time I'm in town. I'm hoping this was just a bad day. Show less

I've tried most of their menu and it's very low quality, poorly prepared food. The mozzarella sticks were like salt sponges - the coating was soft and they were thick and squishy. The fries are curly fries, like from dollar tree or something - also soft and small, broken pieces. The ranch seems to be fat free, it's jelly-like with a very artificial flavor, not your typical delicious restaurant ranch. The pizza is also soft and cheap, flavorless crust - just junk. And the cauliflower is a pile of teeny tiny cauliflower particles that you need to eat with a spoon like it's cereal. All food came out just above luke warm. After being here 3 times, I don't think I'll be back. Even the napkins are of surprisingly low quality - may be a risk for paper cuts. Playing games is fun and the social aspect is great, the environment is nice enough, but decent food offerings are necessary and their food isn't even decent. It's terrible. Show less

Honestly love the vibes of the place and the atmosphere! The costumer service were so reliable and relatable, it’s so refreshing! I usually give a round 2 for reviews but the impression is outstanding! Would recommend for sealed products and even singles! They have a wide variety of card collectibles and the best part, a cafe and FREE board games to play while waiting for your food or beverages!!! 10/10 would recommend! Show less

One of the better newer shops in the region. Really raising the bar. Good trade value, amazing selection of singles and sealed product. Okay supplies. Magic, Pokèmon, One Piece, Grand Archive and Gundam. Solid tournament turnout for all of the. Defi itely, stopby.
