Lots open play space, plenty of free events, and even during Pandemic shortages Dave will do his best to get you the supplies to game (Even if he ends up unable to find them). They have the best miniature paint selection out of any store... Read more
The single cleanest, most welcoming game store in all of Reno. Lots open play space, plenty of free events, and even during Pandemic shortages Dave will do his best to get you the supplies to game (Even if he ends up unable to find them). They have the best miniature paint selection out of any store in town, and a wide variety of supported products. Dave is a really cool guy with a down-to-earth but very professionao demeanor. His employees are also incredibly knowledgeable, and have helped me find several alternatives to paints and shades that are hard to get in this global shortage. The store is ALWAYs well-kept. No stacks of comic books strewn about tables. No piles of MTG cards all over the place. No piles of old promotional stuff or ancient unsold product in the corners. I really does stand out from any other single LGS in town. Show less

Lots open play space, plenty of free events, and even during Pandemic shortages Dave will do his best to get you the supplies to game (Even if he ends up unable to find them). 4 years agoFenomenal place! Dave, the owner, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. They have a large selection of games and host weekly gatherings for MTG. I’m sure they do other stuff as well. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. You definitely need to check this place out!

5 years agoLove the store! We went in Sunday and picked up a couple of games and dice to gift our DM. The staff were very friendly and there was a good selection of games there that other stores don't even carry in town! I look forward to returning and utilizing the table space once COVID clears up.

Some other cool things, hosts events for My Hero Academia CCG on Saturday's and their selection of Magic the Gathering merchandise doesn't get picked over too badly so can find gems that other stores don't have. This store is a wonderful new addition to Reno's hobby community. Their friendly staff is very knowledgeable about the impressive selection of board games they have in stock. And, of even greater interest to myself personally, they also stock a wide variety of paints and terrain making products, far larger than that of any other hobby store I have yet encountered in the Reno area. 2 years agoAmazing game store! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. You can find a great variety of board games, TCGs, TTRPGs, and tabletop wargames. They also have tables to play at in the store along with daily/nightly events to give players a place to meet up and play. Very fun atmosphere. 😊

2 years agoThe people who work here are so nice and super helpful. They have a large tabletop game area. They also sell some really cool stuff for models, effects for terrain, and paint. I also recommend this place for some harder to get board games.

3 years agoFriendly staff, and open later than most other games stores, so you can get games in after work if you want. Huge selection of boards games and a decent selection of miniatures as well. Also has the best lighting of the local stores, and a good regular magic group. Would recommend checking out.

I was so happy to have a game store near my house. Made it super convenient and a good place to hangout and buy. Don't get me wrong the staff are great, no issues with them at all. I have gone in over the last few months to see if they had any MTG, miniatures and supplies. However the stock seems to be getting thinner and thinner, which is super depressing. So I have been taking my business to other gaming stores, who seem to be well stocked on most items. I would be more than happy to go there more often if the stock was there. I know it's more of a cooperate business than a mom and pop store. Show less

I was so happy to have a game store near my house. Made it super convenient and a good place to hangout and buy. Don't get me wrong the staff are great, no issues with them at all. I have gone in over the last few months to see if they had any MTG, miniatures and supplies. However the stock seems to be getting thinner and thinner, which is super depressing. 1 month agoVery very rude staff. They say they buy trading cards on Google but they do not buy trading cards drove all the way across town after calling to end up finding this out after I got here. They treated my fiance like absolute trash will never come back they lost a good customer.

3 months agoClassic board game store vibe, lots of play area and the employees are friendly and helpful. The shelves can be a bit sparse sometimes but the selection is good, so call ahead if you are looking for anything specific.

I prefer the glass die but that place is $6/one play. I spent quite a long time chatting with the cashier/store employee. He was super helpful! There were a good amount of board games for sale. They also host different board game nights and teach people how to play games on some of those nights. Clean with bathrooms. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for sale. Super easy parking in the lot.
