Love this gem that we found on our way out of St Louis. We’re always looking for interesting dining experiences to expand our family’s horizons, and this definitely fit the bill. Loved the assortment of interesting meats. The boar chorizo was one of our favorites. I had the Buffalo heart burger, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My first time having marrow bones and loved it too. Soo rich in flavor and texture. Also my first time having frog legs, and the kids loved it when they thought it was chicken. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the duck, but that’s because I don’t like duck. My kids were a bit freaked out by some of the meats, but they won’t know if you don’t tell them. I was less impressed by the taste and texture of the s’more dessert. Would not recommend. Show less

Loved the assortment of interesting meats. The boar chorizo was one of our favorites. I had the Buffalo heart burger, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. My family and I ate at Game tonight for dinner and we had a wonderful experience! Our waiter, Kyle, was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu. He was able to give us plenty of suggestions based off our tastes. We ordered the flatbread (pictured below), antelope & elk meatballs, kangaroo burger, corn, and fries. The food came out quick and everything was delicious! The standouts were the flatbread, antelope meatball, and grilled corn! My only complaint is that we were too full for dessert. In reality it's an amazing kitchen knocking it out of the park with their menu. We had a motley of meatballs across the spectrum of animals. All of which were amazing. Then there is the duck fat fryer for your fries and even brussel sprouts. Did I mention this was all gluten free. That means no fillers. Just all high quality foods. Great service. Amazing kitchen. If you want a unique experience surrounding unusual meats, this is the place to go! They have a way of taking meats that are known to be gamey and making them not so and delectably enjoyable. My highest recommendations are the kangaroo, wild boar and camel/yak, as these are close to regular meats while being completely novel and new in taste but very rarely disliked. I always recommend starting with several meatballs as a group so you get a taste for what you want then getting a chef recommendation for the burger as the main course. Very hard to go wrong if you follow this and even if you don't like what you taste they have regular beef as well to have a great burger. Show less

My friend went on Monday for the kangaroo Burger and he described the taste it just like I did for the elk burger. Usually during burger week they hold the top four or five spots but honestly this year was my least favorite. We decided to go with the wild boar burger and three meatballs consisting of kangaroo, camel and antelope respectively. Everything was incredibly well seasoned and prepared expertly. The only downside was the lack of size to the burger... It definitely needed a little more heft! The restaurant itself had a very rustic feel to it and the view of the water outside was impeccable.
