A fun place! Staff were super kind and helpful both times we went. We did the superhero and the mission to mars rooms. The rooms were really well decorated and well themed. The puzzles were fun (mostly). I think the only issue is how linear the puzzles are--only about 2 people can work on a puzzle, and you could only really do one puzzle at a time in the rooms. So for most of the room three or four people were just standing around as two people solved the current puzzle. The mission to mars room was also pretty dark--I think I would have appreciated a few more lights. The first escape room we went to, I felt like the host gave us a few too many hints, but the second host did a great job. Overall, a fun place though! Good for groups of 4, not so much for bigger groups. Great decor, great vibes, friendly and kind staff! Show less

A fun place! Staff were super kind and helpful both times we went. We did the superhero and the mission to mars rooms. The rooms were really well decorated and well themed. The puzzles were fun (mostly). I think the only issue is how linear the puzzles are--only about 2 people can work on a puzzle, and you could only really do one puzzle at a time in the rooms. I had an amazing time here! This was my first ever escape room and it was so fun piecing together the clues and figuring out what to do. There were a couple things about the room and the clues that were a little confusing and would have been hard to figure out without the hints that we got from a staff member, but overall it was a really well-designed experience. My cousins were in town from out of state and wanted to do something fun. Went here and had a blast! Amazing customer service! We schedule last second and they were able to get us into a game. We did the Mission to Mars Space Flight and it was really cool!! It was also really hard, but our game master Grey was awesome and gave us clues while staying in character and he made it so much fun!! It was very immersive and probably one of our favorite despite the difficulty level. It was my daug... Read more

Gotta say I can appreciate when a place actually tries to make you feel like you're in the location but not only that, have the puzzles make sense to the location you're in. I thought the puzzles were fair, made sense and even if one doesn't to you, well that's why having a room that can occupy that group size works doesn't it? We would go back in a heartbeat to try the other rooms out. Show less

I thought the puzzles were fair, made sense and even if one doesn't to you, well that's why having a room that can occupy that group size works doesn't it? I’ve done many escape rooms, they are a favorite date night for my husband and I. That being said, this was one of my least favorite rooms. Pro: The room set up was engaging and fun. Con: The captains deck is a major tripping hazard. The speaker is quiet and you cannot hear what is being said to you unless you are directly in front of it. The puzzles are fairly linear, making it difficult for even just the 4 of us to all be constantly working. One of the puzzles entirely stumped the 4 of us. He had to explain it at the end, never would have guessed it. Instead of a hint given- the password was just sent to us. This allowed us to proceed- continue the linear progression. The music at the end was so loud we had a hard time hearing and communicating to each other. Having to pay extra money to have a room to yourself is interesting, especially with linear rooms. The max capacity should be 2-4. The push for a tip went further than I felt necessary. Many extra components to the room with all the buttons/switches felt a little confusing. All in all, We had fun. Would we return again, likely not. Show less

Con: The captains deck is a major tripping hazard. The speaker is quiet and you cannot hear what is being said to you unless you are directly in front of it. I’ve gone to get out twice. First time was the astronaut, fantastic time. Five stars. The second was the zombie room and I’d rate it four stars just because, well, the zombie. Fun concept, in practice just made it harder for us to collaborate. This one star isn’t about my personal experience because I enjoyed the room, more that I have some feedback I’d like to be considered. Three staff members managed our experience. A game master, what appeared to be a game master in training, and the zombie. Zombie, goodness a master class in good acting. He deserves my highest praises. The game master and the assistant were pretty terrible though. She would just be sitting in the corner and trying to tell us clues that were something along the lines of “Gosh this is obvious”. Or “stop doing that you don’t have what you need”. Overall things that make you feel stupid rather than making you feel curious. That’s the exact opposite of what you should be doing. The assistant just laughed along mockingly and was like “yeah, duh! Why didn’t you think of this before?” When we started kinda role playing the room, trying to get the zombie’s attention (science stuff like the periodic table) so others in our group could solve puzzles in his reach the game master literally said “alright no more of that!” Encouraging… yeah sure. I just want this to be seen so it can be changed. I’ll be back eventually and want to have a good and constructive time with the game master. Hope this gets seen! I have overall had a positive experience with Getout Show less
