We absolutely LOVE this store! My girlfriend and I have tried going to multiple different card shops in the area and weren't treated nearly as well as we were at Go4Games. From the moment we first walked in we were treated as if we were long time friends, versus just being another customer. We've grown very fond of all the employees here and this has very quickly become our "Go-To" store to buy Pokémon cards. Go4 has been, and continues to be amazing at what they do, all the way down to being excited for us when we pull some crazy cards! We love it here, thanks for all that y'all do Show less

We absolutely LOVE this store! My girlfriend and I have tried going to multiple different card shops in the area and weren't treated nearly as well as we were at Go4Games. From the moment we first walked in we were treated as if we were long time friends, versus just being another customer. I absolutely adore Go 4 Games! When my partner and I moved to the New Orleans area a few years ago, I decided to drop in to a few local game stores while house hunting. The owner of the store saw that I was new, came over to me, and asked if there was anything I was looking for. I told him I was just looking and new to the area and without further prompting, he told me all about the various events that were held there, highlighting ones that would be great for new people. He was extraordinarily helpful and was the first reason I kept coming back to Go 4. Since then, they've moved to a new location with an amazing play space, complete with water coolers, a game library, and even vending machines! You can (with membership) access the play space 24/7, which is a godsend for someone like me with a small living space who loves table hogs of games. The people who come here are kind and always willing to let people in for a game and never complain about teaching a game. Hands down one of the best parts of my New Orleans experience Show less

I absolutely adore Go 4 Games! When my partner and I moved to the New Orleans area a few years ago, I decided to drop in to a few local game stores while house hunting. The owner of the store saw that I was new, came over to me, and asked if there was anything I was looking for. Visiting from out of town. The staff was nice and it’s a decent store. I spent about $30 in the shop between singles and booster packs for Magic. I joined an EDH pod and the community seems nice but I was told that after 7pm you either have to pay an additional $5 or leave. I’ve been to places that ... Read more

I joined an EDH pod and the community seems nice but I was told that after 7pm you either have to pay an additional $5 or leave. I’ve been to places that charge for play space if you don’t buy anything but to spend money and then have to pay a space fee on top of that felt unreasonable. I likely won’t return to this store because of this. I wouldn’t want to pay a tournament fee for draft or other and then be told I had to drop or pay more. Show less

I am a long term denizen of another local shop who entirely lost my business today and lead me here(some very sad and blatantly rude behavior lead to this at the other shop). I understand modernization, but this doesn't mean customer service needs to die off with automation. I come to the shop to spend money and I enjoy browsing especially somewhere I've been going for nearly 10 years. I'm one of those die-hard loyal to my little shops kind of customer where I pick my place and they have all my patronage. I entered and despite a large tournament going the shop is clean(no hint of the typical funk associated with some shops), organized and well lit with polite and courteous staff(Mutt) greeting customers as they enter. He did inform me he could help me search manually or I could use the kiosk. I opted for a bit of both. He made the experience wonderful with friendly chit chat. I'm fine with using a kiosk and he invited me to indulge in dnd on Monday and informed me of how to order cards and look at their calender online and in store. Also for female gamers there was a female staff member and I was not oogled or harassed/tripped after by other patrons. Overall lovely experience that made me go home and order nearly another 100 cards via their website and plan to go to dnd night. As well as weekly card orders. Show less

They have a pretty large room with tables set up to play games on! And they let us stay all night for just $5!!!! We were able to play for 6 whole hours!!
