9 months agoWe stopped in here to check out the store supposedly the oldest Comic Book Store in the World. A nice selection of Comics. We bought a Picture of Kurt Cobain for a family member. If you’re at the Market stop and check em out it’s a very interesting place.

Great mix of old and new, but leans heavier to carrying new titles and current runs. Lots of games, comics, manga, and collectibles. Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. I wanted to check out the back issues they carry (you’ll have to ask if you want to see more than the small selection they keep out) and everything I asked for was brought out! Spent a chunk of time browsing what was brought out and never felt rushed. I’ll be back for sure. If you’re not familiar with the layout of Pike Place Market then it can be a bit tricky to find, but we’ll worth it when you do. Show less

Great mix of old and new, but leans heavier to carrying new titles and current runs. Lots of games, comics, manga, and collectibles. Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. I wanted to check out the back issues they carry (you’ll have to ask if you want to see more than the small selection they keep out) and everything I asked for was brought out! 3 years agoGreat for nostalgia and new comics and games. Lots of great selections for current comics and a couple hard to find items. Will become regular haunt. Shop is located downstairs, so don't get confused!

6 years agoWhat an amazing collection of all things collectibles. I wish they had something like this where I lived. I bought a few souvenirs for the wife. Will definitely come back if I'm ever in Seattle again.

2 years agoStaff seemed to be friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely hard to find — had to go down to the lower levels of the market to find it. A large selection of board games, comic books, posters, etc. Items seemed pricey in line with the tourist area, but it was interesting to browse regardless.

A hidden hobby shop within the Pike place building. It's a bit tricky to find if it's your first time here or you're a tourist, but once you find it - wow! Golden Age collectables is loaded with all pop culture games, merchandise, and other geeky stuff for your DND, and other board game needs. There are custom cards, posters, Funko Pops, Manga and more. It was quite busy when we visited on a weekend afternoon, plus the prices are pretty expensive since it is in the center of a tourist spot. Luckily there's a discount of books usually on a rack near the entrance. Golden Age Collectables is a must-go if you're looking for collectibles or hobby items and games. It's great for all age groups plus has a handicapped entrance. Show less

Great place to geek out, very good board game variety to choose from. Many funko figurines, they lack on the manga department which is ok since this isa comic shop after all. Great place to browse board games, books and toys etc.

It was hard for us to find it only cause it’s tucked away down a hallway from the main hallway (idk if that makes sense) we went in to buy smiski only to find out they’re 20-24$ which we didn’t end up buying. They said it was due to tariffs and I understand b... Read more

It was hard for us to find it only cause it’s tucked away down a hallway from the main hallway (idk if that makes sense) we went in to buy smiski only to find out they’re 20-24$ which we didn’t end up buying. They said it was due to tariffs and I understand but cmon now they’re 12-13$ everywhere else. I did end up going to another authorized retailer and they sold it for the regular price so definitely check other locations before buying one. We walked around the store and they had loads of other comic/tv related stuff. We didn’t buy anything but I definitely thought about it. Have fun:) Show less

6 years agoSuper cool place to come if you're a nerd in the area. It has an amazing collection of all things collectibles. The prices are affordable and the quality was good too! The location might be hard to find if you have never been there before, but is close to the gum wall if that helps.

A neice of mine decided she wanted Marvel and Harry Potter gear for Xmas so I thought this would be the place to find the perfect gift. 4 months agoIt was a wonderful experience exploring a wide collection of old toys, Marvel and DC superhero figures, and souvenirs such as keychains that make great gifts. I was delighted to find a classic Funko Hello Kitty figure, a piece I’ve been searching for quite some time.
