We were able to hold the party outdoors and the kids had a blast playing games inside the game trailer. Gotta Go Gaming was punctual on their appointment and had everything ready to go within minutes of arriving. My one warning for people booking Gotta Go Gaming is they do bring their own generator for the trailer (which probably all similar businesses would do) so it can be noisy but that's a small inconvenience. At 3:18 she texted me saying they made another wrong turn and were 10 minutes away. They did not pull up until 3:35pm. When she first called to tell me they were running late she offered to throw in the online gaming hook up for free(There was no more mention of it after her arrival and I don’t believe she even gave access). After they set up I went on to the truck with 2 of the kids(it was mostly an adult party). They wanted to play the switch and picked a game. The young gentleman with her said he didn’t have that one. I watched as he flipped through a book with about 5 switch games in it. He went to the woman and she came back to start looking for games. Meanwhile the kids picked something different to play and as he was trying to get it started he asked the woman what the wifi password was and she stated “I have no clue.”! For the price that I paid I expected a way better and more efficient and professional set up! They were very sweet people but they should have been more entertaining and outgoing. Not just sitting around and only switching the games when asked. Most likely will not recommend or reuse their service. Again the price did not match the quality of service! Show less
