I have sampled this place a few times. the weekend and weekday vibe are very different. Very busy on the weekend, and not as busy on week days. They try to do events to bring in crowds, but if you go in on a Wednesday and are there for something else, the event is very loud and you can barely hear other people at your table. The food there is the worst slop I have ever had at such a establishment. I couldn't find a single thing I liked. while it is edible, I have no desire to order food here after sampling a good portion of the menu.The games are fun, but the machines like the injustice game is broken and you can't ult for player 2. They have alright tables and decent hobby selection items you can buy. I purchased some cards, but they charged me forced gratuity on it and added it to my "tab". I didn't eat or drink the night this happened. So be careful of that. For the most part, the regular staff are friendly and good but if a certain bald man is patrolling, beware if you fall asleep in his establishment, he will threaten to boot you. He says it's a law, but I searched high and low in liquor laws on the Internet, but couldn't find anything. It seems like it's his rule, but I wish he was straight forward and honest about it. So in summary. Don't come here for the food, while the games are fun, some machines are broken. If you doze off for a moment, beware. They do have decent tables to do various activities, and the general vibe is good. Good people go out to have a good time. Show less

There is room to play with large groups of people and smaller groups of people. You can bring your own games to play as well. Every person who works here is a dear. I have been here probably 10+ times and I have NEVER had a bad experience with service. Everyone is friendly and fun. They have great suggestions if you are struggling to find a game to play. I have a wide interest in games but it seems like there is always someone working who knows what I am playing and is interested. Honestly, half of what keeps me coming back is the friendliness of the staff. All staff too, including management and people running food or managing sales or managing the bar. If you need a fun, cheap experience in Wichita, I could not recommend this place more. There is a $5 cover charge if you are playing games, and you can stay and play for hours. Horrible experience from the moment we walked through the door. Took a party of 16 people here for my birthday because I wanted a particular drink they have. Thought it would be the perfect place because we had two 10 year old boys in our group and they wanted to play games while the adults sat and had a drink. We walked in and told the man at the front register we would like to pay for the 2 boys to play… he instantly had an attitude and made us feel very unwelcome. He told us in a very rude manner “if one person plays, you ALL play!” We were confused. He repeated and repeated “if one person plays, you ALL play!” He told us if the boys wanted to play games, each person in our party would have to pay $5.00. We told him we were here in the past and our son paid to play games while the adults sat around and talked and it was no issue. He informed us their policy changed and therefore each person would owe $5.00. It was super awkward and he was being rude so we decided to just say no for now and proceeded to walk to the back room and sit at a table. The boys were upset so after 10 minutes or so, I took the boys up front with the other mom and we paid $20 to let the boys play games (since there were 4 of us at the counter.) They start playing some games in the front room with the other mom supervising them and I walk back to my table in the back room to find another employee telling my entire party of 16 people they all need to pay $5.00 since the boys are playing games up front. I told him that I had already paid $20 for them to sit in the front room and play and the rest of us adults were going to sit at a table in the back and have some drinks, none of us were playing any games. He proceeded to argue and told us we each had to pay so I told him we would take our business elsewhere. I told him he was missing out on a lot of money because we had all planned to have several drinks and celebrate my birthday and he was very passive aggressive and rude. He told me he would refund me my money that I had just paid for the games, so he took me to the cash register and gave me $10.00 back. I told him I paid $20.00 not $10.00 and he proceeded to argue with me so I just walked away. What was supposed to be a fun laid back night quickly turned into utter chaos. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff was SO unprofessional and rude and the $5.00 per person policy is the most asinine thing I’ve ever heard. He said because all 16 of us walked in at the same time meant we all had to pay (even though only 2 kids were playing games.) We asked “what if all of us had gotten here at different times?” And he told us we would still ALL have to pay since we are all sitting by each other and since we all know each other. In my opinion, just charge every person who comes in the door a $5.00 cover and that would literally take care of any issue regarding who’s playing games and who isn’t. Also, my dad left a review and the owner responded to it and lied, accusing us of “theft attempt” saying we were “non-customers” and then had the audacity to say “they were asked to leave.” 100% not true! I paid for the kids to play the games, I wasn’t given my entire refund back, we DID in fact buy one drink; therefore, our ENTIRE party of 16 were paying customers, AND we left on our OWN terms because we were treated like crap and were made to feel very unwelcome. We were never once asked to leave. Can’t wait to see what more lies come after this review. 0/5 never again. Show less

We love this place, we've been here multiple times in the past month and a half with friends to play games and hang out,prices are decent on the food and it's pretty good especially the pulled pork pizza. You can pay $5 to get in and play all kinds of games for no additional money,only the pinball games seem to cost extra you can bring your own board or card games or play D&D or whatever, definitely recommend coming out to check it out! Here is an honest review: When you walk in, the vibes are great. The pizza is actually SO good and I highly recommend it. The only thing that turned me off from coming back was how rude one of the waiters was. We were playing a game and I leaned back to talk to my boyfriend when this waiter came over and abruptly told me to "sit up" and get my "feet" off the furniture. My feet weren't even on the furniture and it seemed very abrupt and as though I was being singled out when a group guys were laying down on the couch with their feet all over them. It seemed targeted and then he was very rude the rest of the night. I thought about saying something because the rest of the staff seemed nice and chill. It ruined my night because the waiter proceeded to act rude towards me the rest of the night and then acted completely kind to the other party. I am not sure what the deal was but being a girl in there is definitely not the best experience. I would say pizza is good, games are fun, most of the wait staff is nice, but there is definitely a sort of elitism and rudeness that ruins it. Giving two stars not three because of how small I was made to feel and the total cost was a lot for the amount of time we were there. Show less
