A pillar of the community. I first discovered Legend when I moved to Omaha a few years ago. I was looking for somewhere to buy Magic: The Gathering cards and did not expect what I was going to get. I walked into a cozy, wood-floored wonderland that smelled pleasantly of coffee. There, I was met with amazing service, and the wonderful personalities of both Dave, Wendy, and all their amazing employees. Never once have I had a bad experience here. Never once has anyone abused my trust or attempted to undercut me when I'm buying or selling cards. They have a wide selection of not only cards, but comic books as well- and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. The passion they have for comics is exactly what you would want in the people selling them. They have an amazing rewards program, whose model I prefer over any other game store I've been to. It's really an amazing place that I want to see up and running for years to come. It's not just my local game store, it's our local game store. Oh yeah, and the coffee's amazing. Show less

A pillar of the community. I first discovered Legend when I moved to Omaha a few years ago. I was looking for somewhere to buy Magic: The Gathering cards and did not expect what I was going to get. I walked into a cozy, wood-floored wonderland that smelled pleasantly of coffee. There, I was met with amazing service, and the wonderful personalities of both Dave, Wendy, and all their amazing employees. Never once have I had a bad experience here. New in town, from the outside I was super excited like a little kid going to the candy shop. The place was very nice, clean and empty. Immediately when I walked in it was a total 360. Found out later that my nephew has a monthly comic-box there so I’m glad to have done business at their shop. Highly recommend! Show less

We had a fantastic time here. We had a handful of our family meet here. We stayed for a couple hours. They took such good care of us. We got drinks and looked at comic books. They had coffee drinks but also options for those who do not prefer coffee. It was a very playful, themed menu. They have a section set up for the kids so my kids could sit and read kids comics. The kids were so excited about that and also had a great time. I would highly recommend this unique and quality business. Show less

Legend holds a special place in my heart. All the employees are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have ever met. They really take the time to get to know you (and learn your name by your second or third visit) and help you find whatever you're into. Not to mention my husband and I got engaged there...and they helped him set it all up! The store is really one big family and we (including my children) just adore going there. They have an amazing selection of comics, plus the coffee and food are great. BUT what makes Legend is the people. I can't say enough good things. Truly. Show less

Legend holds a special place in my heart. All the employees are some of the kindest, most respectful people I have ever met. They really take the time to get to know you (and learn your name by your second or third visit) and help you find whatever you're into. Not to mention my husband and I got engaged there...and they helped him set it all up! The store is really one big family and we (including my children) just adore going there.
