Future new players/ Jason please read: This was the 5th time I came to this place for a pre release event for card games and each time that I came it never happened. I would ask Jason why didn’t they make an announcement on their Facebook page about the tournament being cancelled or if there isn’t enough people the tournament would be cancelled since not many people signed up for it so I wouldn’t be surprised for the event being cancelled. Well I kept giving him the benefit of the doubt and would show up until this last time. Showed up for a Union Arena event exited especially seeing people were signed up for it. I showed up and 2 other players were waiting for more players to show up for the event. I ding the bell that’s on the countertop and Jason comes out. Told him I was there for the Union Arena event and was confused by that statement. Didn’t know what the event was or what it was for. One of the other players that were there told him the basics of the event and to his response Jason said that even if we had 20 people showed up, he would not host the tournament because he would rather sell the boxes than host the tournaments that was listed on the Bandai app. I was at a disbelief when he made that comment. Told him I drove about an hour to get there for the event that wasn’t even being held and to his response was I could stay to just play casual and maybe for a winner card. It’s Union Arena, a card game that isn’t out and these tournaments were meant to be a pre release for new players to get product for the new game. I just wanted to participate in the event where you are given 5 packs to play. I didn’t want to buy a box which that’s what Jason would’ve preferred. Didn’t get an apology for making the 1 hour drive or least show signs of improvement for other players. This shop is known in the TCG community for being unjust. For the local players that show up here that might get defensive of me typing this, my intentions as I type this review is not meant to offend but in regards for growth in this store. I want it to succeed because even though it’s far from me, this store is closer to a lot of other players but won’t go because of unfair business practices. Posting more on social media for tournament updates not just product posts, post more pictures of winners, create engagement with new community players are a few things I would like to suggest to improve this store. This might be the rudest card owner I have ever come across. He crosslisted one of his inventory items on tcgplayer for around 20% under the market. Probably a mistake since his other active listings are around 20% higher, so this was a statistical outlier. With tax and everything it was a decent deal so went ahead and purchased it. 3 Days later, I receive a message from owner cancelling the order due to an "inventory error". So I message him back letting him know if he truly had sold it before the day I purchased it online there would be a receipt or some record of the transaction. No joke this is his response, he sent through the tcg player message portal: "literally the item sold last month. I would love to ship it to you, but I do not have it anymore. I do not care about the value off the card, I want to make the same, perhaps if you purchased it before the price spike, it would have still been in stock. SOMEONE BEAT YOU TO THE PUNCH, it is no longer in our hands to ship to you." He then followed it with a seperate message: "There is no way for me to prove it to you. The reason we are selling the card is because we need the money, we run a store front, I could care less about the card increasing 200-300 or even 500 dollars, I need the money now. The card sold already" A card owner who doesn't keep a transaction of his sales. Pretty sure that's illegal. Now keep in mind, this was a $1400 dollar card so we aren't talking small potato's here. I do want to point out the obvious how he directly contradicts himself, he says he doesn't care about the difference in price, but then simultaneously assures me that he needs the money now. This is all complimented by the fact that now he's letting me know that another seller "beat me" while simultaneously admitting he has left this listing for sale on the tcgplayer website for an entire *month*. Doesn't have a record of his sales. Doesn't update his card inventory for a month after its been sold giving people online the illusion cards are still for sale. Tells me he doesn't care about the money while simultaneously telling me he...needs the money. Shop somewhere else, this place is a trainwreck. Show less

Amazing!!! It was impressive to see all the hard to find Pokemon booster packs and collectible items, as well as the all the new cards and supplies. If you're into Pokemon you have to see this selection! The staff is great! Jason helped my son find several items he'd been looking for forever, and even took the time to show him some rare finds he had on hand just for fun. My son was delighted. I highly recommend anyone into card games like Pokemon, Magic, D&D, Weiss Schwarz, and others check this place out. Video game tournaments are hosted here as well. There are plenty of seats, drinks, and snack for parents, and the bathroom is clean (with a bowl of mints no less). The passion for games is clearly evident and it is well worth the trip! SCAM PLACE DO NOT COME Some one on here left a review talking about there experiences at a local pokemon event held here i was there the owner is completely lying no one got a prize pack it was just a cheap trick or trade pack from 2 years ago (the bag cost $15 for a pack of 36) everyone paid $8 each and only top 3 got prizes and it did say pack per win on there official event page on the pokemon website and while I was packing up I heard another player ask "yall dont do pack per win no more" and the employee said "no we where giving away too much so we stop" pack per win with prize pack is standard plenty of places that can't give out product just make the event free along with the prize pack and keep in mind pokemon gives out enough prize packs to last until next shipment dont let him lie I've been to other shops who have more people play there than this one and still was able to make them last DONT GO HERE if your looking to play pokemon in the Arlington tx area go to DARKHOUND GAMING CENTER every Friday starting at 8pm it is free ALONG WITH A PRIZE PACK and an owner that actually cares again LIMITLESS GAMES IS A SCAM Show less

***SCAM*** *Went there for pokemon leaugue got charged 8$ to enter (standard amount a shop charges for a weekly tournament) *the usual prize support for a league is a league pack or ordinary 10 card blister pack (usually a 8 to 10 dollar value) but to my disappointment was given a trick or trade pack (comes with 3 cards per pack and literally only cost cents) *Prize support was only for top 3, their play pokemon page says pack per win. *I got one pack for getting third place even then there was 10+ people that each payed 8 Bucks to play, with prize support not even close to a fraction of the value it cost to play THIS IS NOT NORMAL!!! Went here to shop for single cards, no one in the building that I could see, would've been easy for someone to come in and take whatever they wanted.
