Why do you have a reward system if people arent allowed to claim the rewards? Everytime the cashier quickly pushes past it so I can't use any rewards. In response to owners reply: whenever I am checking out I see the click to claim reward screen pop up for maybe 3 seconds before it gets skipped by the cashier... if its not intentional why does every cashier do this as soon as it pops up? My wife and I visited Lodestone today to play some games and drink a coffee, and it was an absolute blast! It's a comfortable environment with friendly employees who seem genuinely happy to be there! Their cafe selection is pretty good, and it comes out quickly. They have many games you can play while you wait, and they are all lovingly cared for. Lodestone supports the LGBTQIA community, and their signage shows how welcoming they are of all people. I wish this place were closer to my home because I would go there all the time! Show less
