Went here tonight for a birthday party. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. People were bowling on the cool looking lanes, ordering food and drinks and playing video games. I gave it two stars because whoever was in charge of taking orders refused to come over to my section for some unknown reason. When I asked her if I could place an order, she informed me that she would come over to my section after finishing the section near her. 30 minutes later, I saw her laughing and relaxing in the front. She never made it over to my section. This was shocking because I wasn't rude. Hopefully the management team will talk to their staff about being professional. At least my niece seemed to have a good time. Show less

Went here tonight for a birthday party. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. People were bowling on the cool looking lanes, ordering food and drinks and playing video games. I gave it two stars because whoever was in charge of taking orders refused to come over to my section for some unknown reason. The day and time we went was not that busy places. Clean Easy to order your food since you don't have to wait for nobody to take your order. There is a small tablet in your lane that you can make the order and pay. We did had some issues with the food since it took way too long for a salad and some ... Read more

The vibe was great, the place is clean, and the food was good. Gave 2 stars because we pre-booked for 6, paid $236, but only 4 of us could attend due to the pair not being able to attend due to a family emergency, and the facility would not refund for the two who couldn't make it. I spoke with someone on the phone as soon as the pair that cancelled informed us, and the woman I spoke with let me know the facility would refund me once we arrived but that was not the case. They stated their location does not do refunds, which does not make sense to me. It is well over $40 per person and it is not listed anywhere at the establishment nor online (when booking or in confirming). Id understand if there was a no show fee, but those who could attend showed up, and paid an additional $100 in food and another $50 for the arcade, so it does not make sense for the establishment to keep the fee of someone who did not utilize any equipment/step foot in the establishment. To top it off, the manager could not present themselves to relay the information. Bad business. Wouldn't recommend. Show less

He was super cool. Are server Kimmy, was super professional. She really helped us out we ordered the extra garlic fries because they were so good. She always checked on us.
