4 months agoHad an amazing time at Lucky Strike! The atmosphere was fun, the lanes were clean, and everything ran super smoothly. Huge shoutout to our server Yurleidis — she was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Her great energy really made the day even better.

1 year agoBowling in the heart of Times Square. I believe the place is a fairly new location. The staff was nice and the place was clean, we ordered nachos and beer and the size was very large. Nothing stands out, but the place is more than adequate if you are in the mood to bowl near Times Square.

Price was affordable, even for our Saturday visit. Definitely recommend this spot for a fun night out with friends.

I made a reservation in advance for a small group for my birthday, which I had written into the notes. They didn't even mention it when we got there. On arrival, we did come late and did not expect them to fulfill the whole time frame because we were late. However, we were told that we had to wait 25 minutes for the lane. We waited for the lane, and then when the time was up we went over to check if it was ready. The front desk said our lane was ready and then said it was not and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They told us it was ready again and just told us where to go instead of showing us. We got to our lane and they said they were still cleaning up and had to wait again. We waited a total of 50 minutes! Even if we were late the lane was reserved in advance and should've been available or had a shorter wait period. The lanes are not as nice as the one by Chelsea piers, they look older and the lighting isn't as nice (why is there grass inside?). It's also less roomy to sit and less arcades available. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but the kitchen forgot one of our appetizers, which I mentioned to our server, and he asked if we still wanted them. We received the forgotten appetizer about 40 minutes before our lane time was up (2 hour reservation). After our time was up, I went to the bathroom and felt super sick and nauseous. I went outside and walked to the corner and felt even worse. Without too much detail, my stomach was now empty after eating. I will never eat food there again!! Also, I was the only person in my party to eat the pizza which may explain why was the only one who got sick. Overall not a good experience at all, people in my party even complained. I don't recommend to eat the food there, eat before you go. Show less

– Where Bowling Meets Flavor Explosion! If you’re looking for a night out that delivers more than just strikes and spares, Bowlero Times Square is the ultimate hotspot that blends electrifying fun with unexpectedly amazing food. Nestled in the heart of Manhattan’s chaos and charm, this isn’t your average bowling alley — it’s a full-blown vibe. Let’s talk about a game-changer: the Sweet Chili with French Fries. Yes, you read that right. This dish alone is worth the visit. Imagine golden-crisp fries tossed in a sticky, spicy-sweet chili glaze that hits all the right notes — savory, sweet, with just the right amount of heat. It’s the kind of flavor bomb that makes you pause mid-bite and say, “Okay…WOW.” Every fry is coated to perfection, with crispy edges soaking up that bold sauce like they were made for each other. It’s indulgent, addictive, and oddly gourmet for a bowling alley. Pair it with an ice-cold drink, and you’re not just eating — you’re experiencing something different. The atmosphere at Bowlero? Electric. Neon lights, modern lanes, good music, and an upbeat crowd make it feel like a party whether you’re with friends or on a date. Service is fast and friendly, and the whole place feels polished yet playful. Bowlero Times Square isn’t just a place to bowl — it’s where food, fun, and energy collide. And seriously, don’t leave without trying those sweet chili fries. They’ll haunt your cravings in the best way possible. Show less

Before arriving, we called around 2 PM (and I have phone proof). The woman who answered explicitly told us that as long as we joined the waitlist before 6 PM, we would be fine for the full 2 hours. When we arrived and checked in, the story suddenly changed. The staff told us they could only honor our Groupon from 4:38-5:30 because they had a party booked afterward. When we explained what we were told on the phone, we were flat-out told that "the other person didn't know what they were talking about." Honestly--why hire staff who don't know basic policies and then make customers pay for it? We asked to speak with a manager and were refused. We were with our nieces who are 14 and 12 and visiting from out of town, so rather than ruin the moment for them, we reluctantly agreed to ~50 min--even though we had already paid for 2 full hours. Then it got worse. At 5:20, they shut off our lane completely and told us it had to be turned off for another group. When we went back to the front desk, they repeated that they needed to "get ready for another party" and that there was nothing they could do. In total, we bowled for about 40 minutes on a 2-hour Groupon. This was a complete failure in communication, customer service, and management. No accountability, no effort to fix the situation, and zero care shown to customers--especially kids. This experience genuinely ruined our day. What makes this even more frustrating is that we're from NYC and have hosted multiple corporate events at Lucky Strike locations in the past. After this experience, I would seriously reconsider ever returning or recommending this place. Terrible management. Poorly trained staff. No customer care whatsoever. Show less
