First I wanna say I have been visiting this gaming club 2-5 times a month for the past 4 months. First visits were good: the staff was polite, place wasn’t much overcrowded, and I wasn’t aware of their rules since they didn’t appear to be used. However my last couple of visits became a huge disappointment The club recently introduced a new rule: after 2 hours of playing, you can be politely asked to leave because “other customers are waiting” and “you’ve been sitting for too long.” This rule is not just ridiculously annoying it’s also completely unfair since their “ALL DAY PASS” costs €20. Yet in reality, you’re only playing for 2-3 hours. While the place itself has limited amount of pc’s, LVL staff selling unlimited amount of “all day passes” — and it appears to be not enough pc’s for everyone. You already know how they solve this. My friends that visited this place earlier before told me that previously the limit was 3 hours, but now they’ve reduced it even further and it seems like the club is more interested in making a quick profit rather than providing good customer experience. To be honest the first couple of times we didn’t want to ruin our mood, so we tried out other zones (VR, PS5), and they were just okay. But later this situation kept happening every single visit and other zones got crowded too and we realized that we don’t understand what we pay for. Last weekend, three of us visited on both Friday and Saturday, each of us paid 20€, and on both days, we were kicked out the PCs after just a couple of hours of playing. So tell me, LVL staff, was it really worth the extra €120 you made of us? I don’t think so cuz we won’t be coming back Instead of coming up with ridiculous restrictions, how about buying 5-10 more PCs? Or at least stop selling “all-day passes” when they’re actually limited to just 2-3 hours of playing? I would really consider buying 3h pass for 7-8€, but you have no option like that. To be fair they have nice burgers and good atmosphere inside, pc’s are good. But with all these rules in the end we’re extremely disappointed with all this experience. And the most disappointing thing of all of that that there are no any other alternative gaming clubs in Berlin (for the current moment). But believe me — there will be soon if LVL will not come up with some customer oriented changes Show less

Very good gaming area with well-maintained PCs, however 2 hour rule is discouraging. You can simply get kicked off at any point of time, just because the owners want to make as much money as possible from all the visitors. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of alternatives for PC gaming in Berlin. It seems the owners are fully aware of this, so they could even reduce the limit to 30 mins, as they did it before from 3 to 2 hours, because people will come anyway. Such a mercantile attitude. 3 years agoWhat an awesome place! Free gaming on arcade machines and consoles for all. Events throughout the week and a downstairs area for l33t gamers. Coffee, beer and food available upstairs near the entrance - all lush. A really cool, expansive and impressive place.

We were expecting a few gaming areas and a bit of catering, but this place completely blew our expectations out the water Some of the best price/quality burgers we've had in the city, delicious homemade shakes, a great selection of drinks and Julia made us some seriously banger cocktails! In a freaking gaming venue! Not to mention the games! VR HoloGate, Playseat racing, game-ready consoles and cabinets, plenty dedicated LAN areas powered by 2080Tis... the admission fee is honestly a steal if you are a gamer looking for a good time in Berlin, especially on the days they're open until 02:00. Their site mentions queues but we had little to no waiting time at anything we wanted to play, save for the HoloGate area but that's to be expected. Really friendly staff as well who are obviously passionate about their job and very patient if you suck at speaking German :p A big, fat, well-earned 5/5 Show less
