The problem is, there's always a shortage of drinks, and the menu has 7749 different items. The staff are rude and speak in a very abrupt tone. It's understandable if there are many customers, but if there are few and you need to make drinks quickly, they should tell the customer to wait a bit and then bring the cup right away. They just give you the card and as soon as you step onto the second floor, the card vibrates =)))) Are they messing with us? I remember when the previous owner was around, the rooms were clean and the drinks were good, but the lights here have been broken since the previous owner's time and they still haven't replaced them. The rooms are pitch black. The only good thing is that it's one of the few remaining board game cafes in Hai Phong :( Show less

The problem is, there's always a shortage of drinks, and the menu has 7749 different items. The staff are rude and speak in a very abrupt tone. It's understandable if there are many customers, but if there are few and you need to make drinks quickly, they should tell the customer to wait a bit and then bring the cup right away. They just give you the card and as soon as you step onto the second floor, the card vibrates =)))) Are they messing with us? The coffee is strong, aromatic, and retains its distinctive character, and the signature drinks are particularly impressive. The staff are professional, polite, and very attentive to customers. Even when the cafe is busy, the food is served quickly, so there's no long wait. I didn't like the other drinks, so I ordered snacks, and boom – the shop charged me an extra 20k because I didn't order a drink. When I arrived, there were no other customers, so the staff told me to go to the 3rd floor because the 2nd floor was reserved. Okay, I went to the 3rd floor, but while I was playing, a staff member came up and told me to move to the inner room, saying, "Please move to the inner room, this room is reserved." 😀 Why didn't they say that from the beginning? It's clear they prioritized me, but they still made things difficult for customers already using the service. At 11 PM, the shop closed, and the staff member came up and politely said, "Our shop is closed, please let me clean up." – the tone was exactly like the title says. Thankfully, the closing time was 11 PM, so I just went home. I dragged myself downstairs and was surprised: no one kicked me out of the outer room on the 3rd floor, and there were still about 20 people playing on the 2nd floor. The restaurant doesn't need new customers, so why are you constantly complaining about "excessive customer drama"? Have you even checked your own service yet? Show less
