1 year agoAmazing place - they manage to pack a ton into a quaint space! Very queer friendly and has an amazing selection of ttrpgs and board games (cards too, but I am not so familiar with CCGs and therefore don't want to make any false claims on their selection).

Great selection of games and supplies, good prices, the employee working at the counter was awesome about answering questions and asking if I needed help finding anything. 10 months agoThe owners and community are the best! The store is cozy and might be smaller than other game stores, but the atmosphere is great. Incredibly friendly and supportive staff, and the events they hold are fun. Highly recommend.

6 months agoMimics market does have a smaller space however, they maximize that space well. A separate room with a game library. The customer service was also top notch.

9 months agoStaff is always super kind and have great recommendations. I haven’t had the pleasure of joining in on a game night or dedicated event, but they always look like a ton of fun! It’s a very welcoming environment for TTRPG and trading card game players, especially people who are new to it.

Cute little shop packed with stuff. I loved the top teir selection of tabletop RPGs that weren't just d&d or Pathfinder. Tons of OSR zines and books. The shop as the namesake lives up to being a really good TTRPG shop. I snagged OSR campaign setting book for a good price, cheaper than online and didn't have to pay for shipping which is great. Looked like they had a fair selection of TCG in stock, and some Warhammer stuff as well. I think some better lighting to show off their stuff could be helpful as it was dim inside. Little heavy handed with the "inclusivity" stuff, but that's to be expected with the demographics of the area and despite being normal I felt welcome hanging out and chatting for a bit. But if that's something your conscious about giving your money to keep that in mind. Overall, it's a great hole in the wall especially if you like oddball and different TTRPGs. Show less

Amazing store with a far larger selection than you'd imagine for the dimensions, including ample table space for playing games, and a wide array of products that include so many great boardgames, ttrpgs (even OSR), card games, warhammer, miniatures and all that before I even mention the adorable couple that run the place, who are quite amiable. For me it takes a bit of time to get there by bus but I will happily do so just for how amazing the store is. They are definitely my new FLGS Show less

Amazing store with a far larger selection than you'd imagine for the dimensions, including ample table space for playing games, and a wide array of products that include so many great boardgames, ttrpgs (even OSR), card games, warhammer, miniatures and all that before I even mention the adorable couple that run the place, who are quite amiable. For me it takes a bit of time to get there by bus but I will happily do so just for how amazing the store is. They are definitely my new FLGS Show less
