I am visiting friends in Savannah and I wanted to go to a game store. I went in here fully expecting to not buy anything, I was approached by an extremely friendly employee named Clint. He gave me great recommendations that were not too big because he took my traveling into account and I left extremely happy with D&D Dungeon Mayhem and all of the expansions. This was a great experience and I will be ordering from them online. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for most if not all of your board gaming needs. I am visiting friends in Savannah and I wanted to go to a game store. I went in here fully expecting to not buy anything, I was approached by an extremely friendly employee named Clint. He gave me great recommendations that were not too big because he took my traveling into account and I left extremely happy with D&D Dungeon Mayhem and all of the expansions. This was a great experience and I will be ordering from them online. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for most if not all of your board gaming needs. This store has the largest option of sealed magic packs of any store in the surrounding area. There's always a fun gaming crowd on Thursdays' Commander Night, always a fun atmosphere. The store is amazing! My only concern is with the players. I would like to see a more lovable local environment at the shop. A player who is a regular there named “Samone” was very rude, and disrespectful. On top of being disrespectful she holds a very poor sense of sportsmanship. I have never seen ... Read more

The store is amazing! My only concern is with the players. I would like to see a more lovable local environment at the shop. A player who is a regular there named “Samone” was very rude, and disrespectful. On top of being disrespectful she holds a very poor sense of sportsmanship. I have never seen a shop who allows this type of behavior in their establishment even if they are a “regular”. The manager should revise and speak to said person about the issue being that she is defaming the shop due to her actions. I love morning star and will always support. Show less

The store is amazing! My only concern is with the players. I would like to see a more lovable local environment at the shop. Stopped in to check out the shop and hopefully get some MTG packs. I spoke with Belinda, the owner, who was very nice and answered all of my questions. I was able to pick up several packs and while she didn't have a specific card I was searching for on hand, she did toss in a 3-card promo pack with my purchase. Through a truly awesome turn of events, the card that I was looking for, just so happened to be in that promo pack she gave me. 5-stars all around. Show less

Lady who works there was very rude. Essentially said she would charge me more than other people because I auction cards on whatnot. Her arguement was that selling online “takes cards away from local players” which might make sense if the internet didn’t exist in Savannah for those players and if she was constantly selling out her singles, which she isn’t. In actuality the only thing that keeps her singles out of the hands of local players is her high prices and refusal to go below full market price. If she were to price the cards she presumably pays 50-60% of value for 10-20% under current market value than they would be much more accessible to these player she pretends to care about so much than those cards would actually see play instead of sitting in her case for months collecting dust. 10-20% under market would have also been enough for me to spend a few thousand dollars thus supporting the local card economy in a way that she is unable to do herself. But hey that’s the world we live in. There will always be selfish angry old people resistant to change while the world passes them by and that is what you will find in this store. Show less

But selling five cent cards at $.25 is it just robbery. How about be upfront about pricing before you let people waste time. 2 strikes and I’m out. Savannah Lion Games is better in every way. Better selection, they actually charge market price AND they typically at least have Japanese packs to rip. I’ll take the extra 20 minute drive every time now. Show less
