2 years agoA small selection of arcade games and decent selection of pinball games. While there are a couple of free arcade games the rest cost one pound to play. Maybe I'm spoiled where I live, but this is 2-4x more than the going price per play. Fun and fantastic bar tender!

Had a fabulous time in this bar, great board games and character, even has its own doggy in the window, but he's not for sale! Would love to move it to where i live! Will be back next time I am in Edinburgh.

Nice place to share a beer with friends and play some boardgames. They have some arcades and pinball too for 1£. Good beer on tap. Recommend if u were visiting Edinburgh. We not try the food, their kitchen was closed in the afternoon. We'll back!

6 months agoJust randomly popped in and stayed at night. Ben is the best bartender in the city. Cocktails were delicious (espresso Martini was my favorite). Extra extra shout-out to Ben for propping his phone against the bar for us so we could watch college football which is impossible to find in Europe.

Tucked down an alley off of the touristy Cockburn Street, I was drawn in by the Paulaner beer sign outside. It is a small bar with numerous arcade games and pinball machines that offers a range of cocktails and decent beers. Good little find

6 months agoBen is an outstanding bartender! The drinks were perfectly made and tasted amazing. His service was quick, friendly, and attentive, which really made the experience great. The bar itself had a cool vibe, and with Ben behind the counter, it was even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

Mortal Kocktail was an awesome bar experience while we were in Edinburgh. Down to earth vibes that also pulsed with a dive bar video game aesthetic. Drinks were solid and strong, and everyone was having a great time. Would come back for sure.

A bunch of ageing gamers stopped by for a beer and some pinball on a lengthy pub crawl of Edinburgh the other weekend and we were so taken by both the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the cocktails that we ended up staying for a few hours. Thanks to the brilliant people there (there was a woman in dungarees behind the bar that made honest to goodness one of the best old fashioneds I've had in a LONG time) we will one day return. Lots of different games to choose from to play and an extensive drinks menu, all super reasonably priced. The staff members went above and beyond to make sure we were all okay and made sure we could find a table. They even have the sweetest dog there who honestly made mine and my friends’ day! I lost my bracelet whilst at the venue, and after messaging via instagram, the team were able to locate this for me and are returning this to me which i’m so grateful for! Honestly was one of our favourite bar’s during our trip and I would recommend visiting if you’re in Edinburgh! Show less

Lots of different games to choose from to play and an extensive drinks menu, all super reasonably priced. The staff members went above and beyond to make sure we were all okay and made sure we could find a table. They even have the sweetest dog there who honestly made mine and my friends’ day!
