Absolutely amazing!! I love their new location and staff. Everytime the fridge is not stocked, they stock it back up. I love how they try new things especially when it comes to the snack/drinks. The prices are very good and do well for what they stand for. You can even watch anime inside and bring your own food! So it's a great place to hang out with friends or family. They have a high variety of games and three DDR machines. It was almost like a mini convention. If i could come here every week, i would. One thing i do have to recommend is maybe a movie night or a special day where you bring someone in that makes Authentic Japanese food. I'd definitely spend my money on some fluffy pancakes or Yakisoba♡ Keep on the great work Otaku Cafe!! Show less

Very nice little place! The main attraction for me was the arcade that they have. It's a really fair price for free play on the machines. They have a variety of fighters and Japanese rhythm games. Staff was also super friendly and helpful, and helped when the Chunithm cabinet was not working. My only real gripe is that they had multiples of most rhythm cabinets to play multiplayer but they only had one Chunithm cabinet! It would be really cool if they got another one, but would definitely recommend taking a stop here to play some arcade games. Show less

BEWARE!!! I purchased a Perfect Grade Unleashed RX-87 Gundam from them. It was missing a full runner sheet, so I can’t build it. Plus they have a nice selection of snacks and drinks from Japan. We really enjoyed the Gundam night, and for only $10 it was really nice we got a slice of pizza a drink and a little snack plus my partner got to build and participate in the Gundam competition. I’m not a gamer but was intrigued so I walked in to check it out since I’m a business neighbor. This place is really cool from the clean cozy arcade to all the products. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Positive vibes and such a great hangout place for those who love anime. The customer service was on point too, young adults you can tell that love their jobs answered all my questions. I also happened to meet the owners by chance , they walked in as I was leaving and they were the most kindest young men. They even donated few raffle prizes to my business for a charity fundraiser for kids I was hosting. It was unexpected and very generous. I absolutely recommend this awesome place. Show less

I think the only parts of the place lacking are the fact that they don't have any poseable anime figures, like S.H.Figuarts or Figma or something...and unfortunately the "Cafe" part of it. That mainly only consists of some honestly kinda overpriced drinks and bagged snacks. Which to be fair, I'm there for the arcade and Gunpla if I'm being real. BUT, at the same time, the name is a little misleading, I was expecting like...some rice balls or something at least. Still a great shop though, if you want a sick arcade to go to, or want some Gundam kits? This is the place. Show less

Their selection of merchandise is laughable honestly. Their arcade section is probably nice, but I didn't check it out. I think the owners should heavily review their inventory. It could easily turn the store around and bring in a lot more commerce. A long time Otaku visiting and leaving empty handed just absolutely not be happening. Show less
