Really great new biz, I'm visiting from Boston where we have an embarrassment of riches with such places, and this brand new Portland establishment, were it in the more competitive landscape of Boston, would 100% CLEAN UP. Kind and knowledgeable staff, good munchies (tea, coffee, and even a meat & cheese plate), a solid assortment of games...just awesome. We came on a Friday late afternoon, parking was no sweat. I’d felt like I had already done all of the things I wanted to do while up here and didn’t want to drive downtown, so I googled a cafe near me in Westbrook and came across this space. My only complaint is that I wish I would have discovered it sooner! I would have been here every day of my trip. The staff is super friendly, food is delicious and comforting and filling, and the latte I got was lovely. Such a great atmosphere, very safe and welcoming. I’d felt like I had already done all of the things I wanted to do while up here and didn’t want to drive downtown, so I googled a cafe near me in Westbrook and came across this space. My only complaint is that I wish I would have discovered it sooner! I would have been here every day of my trip. The staff is super friendly, food is delicious and comforting and filling, and the latte I got was lovely. Such a great atmosphere, very safe and welcoming. 'Free family adventure time' is very misleading. You pay the same table game rate. Coffee is good, but there is not a lot geared toward kids, and again its not free. I guess if you are really serious about advanced board games this is worth it, but other then that I would just go to every other brew... Read more

Will update review as needed later on :) Comfortable areas to game/eat/craft, good place to socialize with like minded people. Owners and staff were super helpful explaining what activities were available on different nights that might interest me. Staff were willing to answer all the questions I had and gave more info based on those questions. They also sell dice. Really pretty dice. They have Resin, Gemstone, etc.😁 Plenty of games to choose from if you want a game night but are unsure of what to play. Atmosphere is relaxing, lots of dark greens and warm woods. Super cozy. Will take pictures next time I am there. Show less

If I was a remote worker, I would screw Starbucks and come here for the delicious lattes with Bard coffee, or one of their many tea varieties while using their wifi. I enjoy their hearty pretzels and recently had this lemon cheesecake ball that was to die for. I don’t normally get a whole meal here but it’s well worth a few hours to stop by, play some games and drink a few beverages (alcoholic or non alcoholic) while connecting. Show less
