The strawberry smoothie that I ordered had bunch of frozen strawberries still in chunks and they had almost no meal available because their kitchen was "closed" with no further explanation. They apologized and offered to provide a refund. However when I reached out to the email address they provided, they did not respond. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they didn’t respond because I clarified that I had inadvertently left the review for the Riverton location, not the Provo location (despite the fact that they are different locations of the same business). I asked the barista for a recommendation—something cold and not sweet—and she suggested a customized latte. Perfect. I ended up with one made with half the milk and a dash of cinnamon, and it hit the spot. The café is clean, cute, and the staff were kind and helpful. It was a nice spot to sit, sip, and chat. I'd say it’s a great place to work or study earlier in the day—things got noticeably busier and louder around 4:30, so we wrapped up and headed out. The drink was good, though I personally would’ve preferred something black. Still, I appreciated the thoughtful suggestion and the overall vibe. Worth a visit! Show less
