This place is such a great vibe. I take my kiddo into many a board game store in town and this one had the most welcoming vibe for parents with small children compared to others. Took my 8 YO and his friend here yesterday so they could play a game. If you make a purchase from their cafe you can use their seating/table area at no extra cost. They also let you borrow any of the used games behind the counter to play onsite. One of the employee’s helped them learn how to play Duel and continued to check in during their first time playing it. While we’ve visited Red Castle for years, this was our first time playing onsite. Was super impressed with the experience and plan on playing here again soon. They even emailed us after we had left to let us know my son had left something behind. Show less

The card counter has 2 computers where you can browse and order cards right in the store. You can also do card orders online and pick up at the store. More space for playing games, helpful staff with excellent suggestions, and the food and drink options that have been added are delightful! Its a good space, sure but its a little frustrating when I've done a lot of free promo for them including writing a three-page review about them in a magazine, making flyers for them, and taking professional photos of products, for promotion and all that but they wont let me put up a flyer about rai... Its a good space, sure but its a little frustrating when I've done a lot of free promo for them including writing a three-page review about them in a magazine, making flyers for them, and taking professional photos of products, for promotion and all that but they wont let me put up a flyer about raising money for a life saving surgery for my cat because one of the ways I was trying to raise money was my selling my entire Magic Collection. I mean sure, the promo I did for them was for assignments in school and stuff but it all did get distributed to locals and I have already hear from people who said they saw the ads in the magazines I made for them. Prices are also totally reasonable- what they ask for Army Painter and Citadel paint supplies is not a PENNY higher than what’s available on the company websites- and without the shipping costs! Selection is impressive: Oodles of games (I grabbed a copy of Azul Mini for less than $20!), brushes, terrain, accessories and a literal melted Lucky Charms color palette of dice and card covers. They even have AP “Magenta Wash”- helpful for adding dimension and shading to any minis in the red/purple family! Great place- 100% recommend! Show less

I love this place. They have events and hold MTG commander days every Saturday and Tuesday. $6/person but you can go in and out easily, and they hold little raffles and stuff. It also is clean and doesn't smell bad at all, which is uncommon at magic shops! But this isn't just a magic shop, they have a bunch of board games and other TCG stuff. They have their own little cafe with food and drinks too. Players are kind and not too competitive. Seriously one of the best game shops I've ever been to. Show less
