I recently visited Satellite in Santa Barbara and had a great time at this unique wine bar! The space-themed concept is really fun and sets it apart from other wine bars in the area. The staff at Satellite is friendly and knowledgeable about the wines on offer, and I appreciated their recommendations. What I enjoyed most about Satellite was the cozy and relaxed atmosphere. It's a great place to unwind with friends or enjoy a date night. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the space themed decor, which added to the overall ambiance. I called to see if this spot was pooch friendly, because I had a pup with me that didn't allow me to leave at my place of rent, so I gave them a call and immediately said they are dog friendly with doggy bowls to give a bit of H2O if you got a long walk ahead of you. Not only dog friendly, but the place has great vegan options and an optimal selection of wine. They made some bomb salads too, because they hand pick the greens from their very own street farmers market. I will be coming back to this place in the near future. Show less

You can tell how fresh the farmers market ingredients are in every single dish. Also loved that I could feel good about the sipping on the incredibly delish organic and natural wine, some of which we were told can only be found here in all of the US. Looking forward to ordering some from their website when I return home. Will definitely be a SB staple for us! Show less

I went in with an open mind and an empty stomach looking for a healthy meal, and left feeling like an idiot for dropping over 20 dollars on some lukewarm lentils with god knows whatever else veggies on top. you couldn't even pop it in the microwave for a few seco... I went in with an open mind and an empty stomach looking for a healthy meal, and left feeling like an idiot for dropping over 20 dollars on some lukewarm lentils with god knows whatever else veggies on top. you couldn't even pop it in the microwave for a few seconds before sending it out?? not to mention the flavour really wasnt anything to write home about. the thought that popped in my head when I took the first bite was "Im an idiot." So yeah maybe you can peddle this stuff to locals and they eat it up, but even someone like me in a much lower tax bracket has standards and boy was I disappointed. The staff was friendly and I did like the interior and the music playing, so cheers to that. Show less
