Went in as a first time experience looking for a specific product which wasnt available instore due to value. Was told just to order online myself, Was the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection at £170.00. Did do a purchase as travelled over to see the shop. This person who served me was great, Another... Was told just to order online myself, Was the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection at £170.00. Did do a purchase as travelled over to see the shop. This person who served me was great, Another customer was being served at another desk which had went on for a while, Was being served by who I believe may have been the owner. Parked on the street on a timer and asked if I could see the singles folder and was declined, Had to wait to see a folder instore. Came across like I was a thief even though I had just given £25 over. Left after this and wouldnt be back. Will leave my online purchase too. Was great to actually see alot of products but some are really over MSRP example being Combined Powers at £59.99! Show less

Went in as a first time experience looking for a specific product which wasnt available instore due to value. Was told just to order online myself, Was the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection at £170.00. Did do a purchase as travelled over to see the shop. This person who served me was great, Another customer was being served at another desk which had went on for a while, Was being served by who I believe may have been the owner. Parked on the street on a timer and asked if I could see the singles folder and was declined, Had to wait to see a folder instore. Came across like I was a thief even though I had just given £25 over. Left after this and wouldnt be back. Will leave my online purchase too. Was great to actually see alot of products but some are really over MSRP example being Combined Powers at £59.99! Show less
