Beware, They are no longer located here! There website is out of date and they don't care that it is, which frustrating. They are located (as of August 2017) at 20 Donghu. But the beer is great once you make it to an open location!

This brewery was located in a tourist backpacking area. I didn't care much for the beer or food selection and the atmosphere was pretty commercial. The beers i had were average and the service was slow. Not much to say about it.

The address of this place is wrong. It should be 20 Donghu Road, it is near Huai Hai Road. The current address listed is the old address before they moved around 2 years ago. The new Shanghai Brewery is a step up from the previous one, especially the food offerings.

It’s nice enough. But I don’t think they actually brew any beer here. The beer board only lists sim European macro brews and some North American name brands. I was looking more for some original Shanghai beers.
