I shouldn’t have to ask for utensils or water. I think the food is very good and don’t have any complaints! The games we were interested in playing were missing items or had broken components . We tried hues and clues, sequences, and quikstik. Plus I asked the girl at the bar who had a mullet if we had to pay to play games if we were buying food and she said yes. Only to find out after we didn’t need to pay for game play. After this experience I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Show less

I attended the Supernatural trivia night and was highly disappointed. This is the second trivia event I’ve gone to at Snakes & Lattes (the first was Twilight), and both were poorly executed. The trivia questions included incorrect answers, and when addressed, the host simply shrugged and said, “I don’t write the questions.” If you’re going to charge people to attend a themed trivia night, the information should be accurate and well-prepared. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly, seemed annoyed to be there, and spent most of the night on their phones instead of checking on customers. I love this place and I'm so happy it exists. Board games snacks and even alcoholic beverages, this place really delivers. I love that we can play games all day for just 5 dollars, and not be rushed to leave or anything. We will definitely be coming back for more fun and to try out lots of new games... Read more

There are TONS of games to choose from, the bathrooms are spacious and super clean (the whole place is, actually), and I love how open and spread out the tables are. They never came to the table to check on us to see if we needed anything else. Which we did want more drinks and water. We went to play games and we had a table full of plates and utensils pushed to the edges of the table. It would have been nice if they took the dishes so we had room to play the games and not reaching over empty dishes. Also unfortunately 3 out of 4 games we picked to play were missing multiple pieces or had broken pieces. We were never approached by the employees and barely helped us when we did see them. So besides putting the food on the table and we still had to ask for forks/knives to eat the food. The women's bathroom was dirty and facilities not working properly. I'll say the food was good so Thank you to the people in the kitchen. But the two girls working up front need to work on their people skills or find a new job. Show less
