If you are looking to while away an afternoon or evening and you enjoy board games, consider spending some time at Spielwiese. For 1 euro per person per hour, you can play as many board games as you like from their excellent selection, or if you prefer the comfort of your own home (and, to be frank, the shop is not all that comfortable), you can rent a game for 3 euros per day. They also offer reasonably priced refreshments, which is a nice accompaniment to the board game entertainment. One or two games that I wanted to play weren't available when we visited as they were out on loan, which was disappointing, and the food selection didn't really appeal to us. 1 euro per hour is a fair price, too, but if you want to play a multi-player, long game (i.e. most Euro games), it quickly adds up to the point where you would have been much better off renting/buying the game. If you are looking to while away an afternoon or evening and you enjoy board games, consider spending some time at Spielwiese. For 1 euro per person per hour, you can play as many board games as you like from their excellent selection, or if you prefer the comfort of your own home (and, to be frank, the shop is not all that comfortable), you can rent a game for 3 euros per day. In terms of food and drinks there isn’t much, primarily a fridge full of beverages — which I for one didn’t notice until we left ;-).
