This was a fun place to visit for the first time. Me and my girlfriend decided to come here because she purchased a Groupon online for getting a deal which I can't remember what it was anymore however it involved a drink and Waffles. The waffles were simple but surprisingly very good. The space seems to be shared with a large gaming area such as board games and magic cards Pokemon Etc, as well as some people painting small figurines. Very unique and definitely one of a kind for this area. Only thing that could possibly make it better for me or other average customers would be dedicating a bit more space to dining because 10% or less is dedicated to dining,the rest being reserved for gaming. This was a fun place to visit for the first time. Me and my girlfriend decided to come here because she purchased a Groupon online for getting a deal which I can't remember what it was anymore however it involved a drink and Waffles. The waffles were simple but surprisingly very good. Now I'm not saying nerdy stuff is not enjoyable, I've been to several places that have themes such as star wars or back to the future that were great experiences but this place was overdone to the point it looked like a games by James on the inside. I normally like going here - the staff are nice and knowledgeable and the drinks are made well. However, yesterday I went in with a friend and there was an employee with green hair working the counter. She was rude to the point it made us uncomfortable and she acted as though we were bothering her by ordering drinks. I asked if they had matcha and that seemed to annoy her as well. She said as few words as she could get away with without completely ignoring us. I still tipped 20% since I work in the service industry too. Still, I'm not sure what her problem is but hopefully it's addressed. Show less

I normally like going here - the staff are nice and knowledgeable and the drinks are made well. However, yesterday I went in with a friend and there was an employee with green hair working the counter. Unfortunately the experience was terrible with customer service and taste. I had high hopes to try this location but as soon as we entered we were not welcome. The girl working there didnt say a word to us, she half ignored us for the first few minutes then just stared at us to take our order. She seemed extremely uninterested in her own life let alone others and the coffee we got had ground in it and tasted terrible like the grinders hadn't been cleaned out. We threw our coffees away because they've tasted so badly. We got no thank yous, no how can I help you and when we tried to order off the food menu all she had to say was the food menu is a lie and that we don't stock food. Literally the only words she managed to speak the entire time we stood there to order and leave. Unfortunately I will not be returning or supporting this business again unless things change. I'm sure other staff make a better experience but this one has ruined mine Show less
